Why the Post-Tribulation View of the Rapture Doesn’t Make Sense

Shalom and Greetings to All My Fellow Believers in Yahshua,

As a Watchman on the Wall that is anxiously awaiting our Messiah’s glorious return, I want to commend all who are attempting to discern when Yahshua will return to rescue all those who are born-again by His Spirit and living under His Grace from total destruction. Among those of you doing so, there are many that hold to varying views of when the Rapture or catching up of God's elect saints into everlasting life and resurrection will take place.

Based on my understanding of the Scriptures relating to the Rapture that were subjected to detailed study and prayer in my article “Come Up Here and Come Away”, I personally believe that the Rapture of the Church is meant to protect and preserve God’s people from having to experience the worst of God’s Wrath that will be poured out during the Great Tribulation. Ever since openly voicing my view that the Rapture must take place before the Great Tribulation that will begin when the Sixth Seal is opened, however, I have endured near constant attacks from people with a Pre-Tribulation and Post-Tribulation view of the Rapture and Second Coming. These attacks have mostly been relentless and cruel, going against all the gifts of the Ruach Ha Kodesh or Holy Spirit such as love, forgiveness, kindness and compassion. Nonetheless, I did my best to display the gifts of the Ruach when debating my differing views of the Rapture with them.

Unfortunately, my scriptural arguments for believing that the First Rapture (See My Article: “Come Up Here and Come Away”) will be a Mid-Tribulation, Pre-Trumpets or Pre-Wrath Rapture as outlined below were ignored for the most part by those favoring a Pre-Tribulation and Post-Tribulation view of the Rapture. Furthermore, since their arguments against my views did nothing to address the teachings of the Scriptures that I shared with them, I was not convinced that my views were wrong in any way. In addition, I was encouraged by their lack of knowledge of these Scriptures to attempt to explain here why I still hold fast to a Pre-Wrath or Mid-Tribulation Rapture view that pinpoints the Rapture to just before the Great Tribulation, which begins when Yahshua or Jesus opens the Sixth Seal.

Part of my reason is based on my Spirit-led understanding of the type and extant of the tribulation or persecution that Yahshua mentions in Matthew Chapter 24, verses 9, 21 and 29. From my study of these and many other Scriptures, it can be shown that Yahshua was in no way referring to the Great Tribulation spoken of in the Book of Revelation, Chapters 8 through 19. In fact, when all the Scriptures pertaining to the time of Jacob’s Trouble are studied carefully, two things become clear: First, that this tribulation spoken of in Matthew Chapter 24 has already begun and is ongoing, and second, that the Rapture can in no way be at the time of the Battle of Armageddon because no peace or calm will precede that great End Time battle, but only death, destruction and chaos.

All one has to do to refute the Post-Tribulation view is to know the history of the last two centuries. First, one needs to be aware of the hundreds of false prophets that arose in the 19th and 20th centuries and are arising even now that tout the joys of Atheism, Deism, and the Hinduistic, Atheistic, and Humanistic New Age Religions like Theosophy, Freemasonry, Universalism, and Rosicrucianism.

Then one needs to obtain a thorough knowledge of the horrendous events of World War II when all of Western Civilization was threatened with destruction. In view of these facts, there is every indication that the distress, persecution or tribulation of believers that Yahshua was referring to in Matthew Chapter 24 began with the imprisonment, torture and eventual slaughter of at least 8 million Jews and over 30 million Christians that perished in Europe, Russia, and Asia because of their religious beliefs and resistance to the dominant secular humanistic (and communistic) culture of their home countries.

The persecution of Christians did not end there, however. It has continued virtually unabated in places such as Africa and Asia, where Muslim terrorists have moved into many once Christianized nations or Pagan and Muslim nations with significant minorities of Christians and slaughtered, raped, impoverished, and brutalized many more millions of believers in Yahshua. But the sad truth is that most of the people in the West are oblivious or unconcerned about of the plight of millions upon millions of true believers in Christ that are suffering persecution and the thousands that are being martyred every single day for living by and preaching about the Gospel of the Kingdom of God.

With this in view, the “tribulation of those days” that Yahshua spoke of in Matthew 24:29 can only be referring to the 19th and 20th Century events that led to World War I and World War II, as well as to the early 21st Century. In any case, when the Book of Revelation is compared to Matthew Chapter 24, it can be shown that a far worse tribulation is discussed in the Book of Revelation than the one defined in Matthew Chapter 24. As proof that the Great Tribulation is not meant in Matthew Chapter 24, verses 9, 21 and 29, one must carefully read what Yahshua said in these passages and compare it to the Book of Revelation’s Tribulation plagues. The following passage indicates the scope of environmental destruction that will accompany the first tribulation mentioned in Matthew Chapter 24:

Matthew 24:7-8 - “For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of sorrows.”

In this passage, though Yahshua mentioned an increase in earthquakes, famines (ostensibly caused by droughts and floods that cause crops to fail), and pestilences as the birth pains of the Tribulation, He nowhere mentions the NEAR TOTAL DESTRUCTION OF THE EARTH that will take place in the Tribulation period that is graphically depicted in the Book of Revelation, Chapters 6 through 16.

In fact, by using the phrase “in various places” in Matthew 24:7, Yahshua was indicating that there would only be isolated pockets of destruction during the Tribulation discussed in the first half of Matthew Chapter 24, as was completely the case in the last century. However, in Revelation Chapter 16 (which I quote at the end of this article), a nearly global destruction of the Earth is indicated. In addition, by referring to the relative peace and calm that will be part of the human condition prior to His return, Yahshua makes it clear that the Rapture stage of His Second Coming is being spoken of in most of Matthew Chapter 24 and not the Armageddon stage of His return that will follow the Great Tribulation or Wrath of God detailed in the Book of Revelation. He does so by explaining that the rescue of His saints will come long before most of the plagues poured out on the wicked in the Book of Revelation. This is made clear in the following Scriptures:

Matthew 24:38-41 - “For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. Then two men will be in the field: one will be taken and the other left. Two women will be grinding at the mill: one will be taken and the other left.” 

Luke 17:26-30 - “And as it was in the days of Noah, so it will be also in the days of the Son of Man: They ate, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all. Likewise as it was also in the days of Lot: They ate, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they built; but on the day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven and destroyed them all. Even so will it be in the day when the Son of Man is revealed.”

There is no way around it: one has to read Matthew Chapter 24 in light of the Book of Revelation to avoid misinterpreting what Yahshua said. These Scriptures make it clear that, when Yahshua returns for His elect saints, the world will be in a state of relative quiet and calm such as those preceding violent storms or that can be found under the eye of a hurricane. Furthermore, THIS STATE OF PEACE AND CALM WILL BE ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE AFTER THE SEVENTH TRUMPET AND SEVEN BOWLS OF GOD’S WRATH ARE POURED OUT ON THE EARTH!

Another thing most people seem to miss is that the writer of Matthew 24 is clearly giving information about two DIFFERENT Tribulation periods that will come upon the world. As already stated, the First Tribulation period is being discussed throughout most of the chapter. But there is also a brief discussion of the second GREAT Tribulation period that is described in the Book of Revelation. It appears in the middle of Matthew Chapter 24, from verse 15 through 28, which is why the entire chapter is somewhat confusing to read.

The tip off that Yahshua is referring to the earlier Tribulation being spoken about in the chapter appears after this section about the Great Tribulation in Matthew 24:29, which opens with the phrase “Immediately after the tribulation of those days”. Now, returning to our study, it is clear that Matthew Chapter 24 is talking about two distinct Tribulation periods. Furthermore, no one except those who deny that the Book of Revelation speaks of yet future events can read of the cataclysmic events in Chapter 16 of the Book of Revelation (which I have reproduced below) and think that there will be peace and calm immediately before or after the Battle of Armageddon. Please read it for yourself before continuing with my article:

~*~ Revelation 16:1-21 - NKJV ~*~ THE BOWLS OF GOD'S WRATH ARE POURED OUT - “Then I heard a loud voice from the temple saying to the seven angels, "Go and pour out the bowls of the wrath of God on the earth. So the first went and poured out his bowl upon the earth, and a foul and loathsome sore came upon the men who had the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image. Then the second angel poured out his bowl on the sea, and it became blood as of a dead man; and every living creature in the sea died.

Then the third angel poured out his bowl on the rivers and springs of water, and they became blood. And I heard the angel of the waters saying: "You are righteous, O Lord, the One who is and who was and who is to be, because You have judged these things. For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and You have given them blood to drink. For it is their just due. And I heard another from the altar saying, "Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are Your judgments.

Then the fourth angel poured out his bowl on the sun, and power was given to him to scorch men with fire. And men were scorched with great heat, and they blasphemed the name of God who has power over these plagues; and they did not repent and give Him glory. 

Then the fifth angel poured out his bowl on the throne of the beast, and his kingdom became full of darkness; and they gnawed their tongues because of the pain. They blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and did not repent of their deeds. 

Then the sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates, and its water was dried up, so that the way of the kings from the east might be prepared. And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs coming out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. For they are spirits of demons, performing signs, which go out to the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty. 

“Behold, I am coming as a thief. Blessed is he who watches, and keeps his garments, lest he walk naked and they see his shame.” And they gathered them together to the place called in Hebrew, Armageddon.

Then the seventh angel poured out his bowl into the air, and a loud voice came out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, “It is done!” And there were noises and thunderings and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such a mighty and great earthquake as had not occurred since men were on the earth. Now the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell.

And great Babylon was remembered before God, to give her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of His wrath. Then every island fled away, and the mountains were not found. And great hail from heaven fell upon men, each hailstone about the weight of a talent. Men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail, since that plague was exceedingly great.”

After reading Revelation 16, it should be clear that the writer is describing the near total destruction of the entire Earth. For example, Revelation Chapter 8, Verse 7 says that, at the time of the First Trumpet plague: “a third of the trees were burned up, and all green grass was burned up.” But Revelation Chapter 16 vamps up this destruction, telling us that “every living creature in the sea died”, the rivers and springs of water “became blood”, and “men were scorched with great heat”. This will be a scorching so great it will cause the Euphrates river to completely dry up and most of the remaining trees and shrubs on the Earth to die. In addition to this, “a great and terrible earthquake” that will be far worse than any in recorded history will shake the earth so “the cities of the nations” will fall and “every island fled away, and the mountains were not found.”

With no clean water to drink or to irrigate crops and a severe drought that will scorch the entire world, the Earth will be laid waste by the Bowls of God’s Wrath. Virtually no trees will be left standing, including those once standing in all of the ruined cities of mankind that will be reduced to rubble around the world. Furthermore, not one blade of grass will be left alive - but will be burnt to ashes - and not one fish will be left alive in the lakes, streams or oceans that will have all been turned to blood by this time!

Based on the total destruction of the Earth that is outlined as part of the GREAT Tribulation in Revelation Chapter 16, there is simply NO WAY that people will be calmly doing business, tending fields or getting married in expectation of raising a family at the end of this time period. Instead, chaos and destruction  will be found all over the Earth and no place will be untouched from this devastation - except perhaps for Israel and any cities of refuge that God may supply to protect the saints that will live through this terrible time after the Rapture.

Now, concerning the Rapture, the following Scriptures plainly state that it will be entirely possible for true believers in the Church of “Philadelphia” or “Brotherly Love” to escape all the plagues and pestilences of the Great Tribulation, which will begin when the wrath of God is being poured out on the wicked after the Sixth Seal is opened (as shown in the last Scripture in the list below):

Luke 21:36 - “Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man.” 

1 Thessalonians 1:9-10 - “For they themselves declare concerning us what manner of entry we had to you, and how you turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God, and to wait for His Son from heaven, whom He raised from the dead, even Jesus who delivers us from the wrath to come.” 

1 Thessalonians 5:9 - “For God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ.” 

Revelation 3:10 - “Because you have kept My command to persevere, I also will keep you from the hour of trial which shall come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth.” 

Revelation 6:12-17 - The Wrath of God is Unleashed - “I looked when He opened the sixth seal, and behold, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became like blood. 13 And the stars of heaven fell to the earth, as a fig tree drops its late figs when it is shaken by a mighty wind. 14 Then the sky receded as a scroll when it is rolled up, and every mountain and island was moved out of its place. 15 And the kings of the earth, the great men, the rich men, the commanders, the mighty men, every slave and every free man, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountains, 16 and said to the mountains and rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the face of Him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb! 17 For the great day of His wrath has come, and who is able to stand?”

In light of these Scriptures, it is important to remember that 1 Thessalonians 5:9-10 clearly states that we are not appointed to suffer God’s Wrath. However, the Apostle Paul also emphatically told us that we should patiently endure tribulation in 2 Thessalonians 1:3-5. In fact, Paul was simply reiterating what our beloved Messiah Yahshua or Jesus taught His disciples.

For example, within His vision given to the Apostle John in Revelation Chapter 3 directed to the Church of Philadelphia, Yahshua promised to spare those in that Church because they still love Him and one another. Even though they are poor, they are patiently enduring “the tribulation of those days” spoken of in Matthew 24:4-14 and Matthew 24:29-44, and they will be saved from the coming pouring out of God’s Wrath in the Great Tribulation spoken of in Matthew 24:20-22.

This can be seen by the fact that Yahshua refers to the Great Tribulation in Revelation 3:10-11, where it is called the “Hour of Trial”. This deliverance must be understood as occurring AFTER the tribulation before that - also known as “the tribulation of those days” that Yahshua told believers they would suffer in Revelation 2:10 for “ten days”. These ten days may be referring to a ten year period before the Great Tribulation occurs.

Based on my study of the Hallel Psalms, the Signs in the Heavens, and the dates I found in the Antechamber of the Great Pyramid at Giza in Egypt that corresponds to the Tribulation Period before Yahshua’s Second Coming, I believe this ten year period may be referring to the years 2010 through 2018. This is partly because the Hallel Psalms 110 through 118, which serve as a prophetic snapshot into the events of the Tribulation, are spiritually tied to the years 2010 through 2018. But this is only a theory, and many of my theories have not proven to be true. So it is best not to set any dates.

This time period figures into the end date tied to the Antechamber exit leading into the King’s Chamber, which signifies the coming of the Millennial Rule of Christ. That exit-way is directly tied to June 1st, 2016, which is exactly ten days before the Jewish version of Pentecost called the Feast of Shavuot. Incidentally, Yahshua ascended to heaven exactly 10 days before Pentecost (See Acts 1:3), and since we are told He would return “in like manner” in Acts 1:11, it may also mean Yahshua will appear in the skies surrounding our Earth ten days before Shavuot or Pentecost, when He will come to collect His beloved saints before the Wrath of God is poured out. Of course, Yahshua could come at any time before God's Wrath is unleashed, so it could be at any time of the year. We don't know when, and that is why Yahshua told us to watch for His return,

Uncannily, in John’s vision warning of coming persecution in Revelation 2:10, Yahshua appears to have been mirroring His warning in Matthew 24:9-10, which I believe occurs before the Rapture - when the Fifth Seal is opened - and I have shown that there is substantial evidence  that the Fifth Seal has indeed already been opened (To see it, CLICK HERE). The Rapture is described as coming AFTER “the tribulation of those days” that will occur during the opening of the first Five Seal Judgments, but before the Great Tribulation or Hour of Trial that will begin when the Sixth Seal is opened. Yahshua also told us all to rejoice when we suffer persecution for His name’s sake in Matthew 5:10-12 - persecution that would come long before the Rapture, and would continue until the Rapture.

The First Rapture is described as the gathering of Christ’s elect in Matthew 24:31, where it says: “And He will send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.” Although traditional Prophecy Teachers identify this passage as an event at Yahshua’s Second Coming, I believe that Matthew 24:31 is directly connected to the events described in Revelation Chapter 7, which occur AFTER the first Six Seals are opened, but BEFORE the Seventh Seal is opened and the Trumpet Judgments occur in Revelation Chapter 8.

Based on this Scriptural study of Matthew 24 and the Book of Revelation, the Post-Tribulation view of the Rapture is a scripturally unsound position at best, and an outright deception at its worst. In addition, based on my findings in this study, the Pre-Tribulation view of the Rapture is also scripturally unsound. In fact, I truly believe that it should be abandoned for the Pre-Wrath view of the Rapture instead, for it has led many believers in the West to become soft in erroneously thinking that they are promised divine favor and blessing at all times, deserve and should expect wealth and prosperity, and that they will never have to suffer true persecution - or even outright martyrdom - for upholding their faith in Christ before the Rapture.

Sadly, those who believe this false “Health and Wealth Gospel” are to be numbered among those in the Laodicean Church, which is described in Revelation 3:14-19. There, we are told that Yahshua will spit those who are neither hot nor cold in their faith out of His mouth in disgust for their lukewarm view of the Gospel that He taught, which promised true believers spiritual blessings, but also much persecution and tribulation for their faith in this fallen world.

I thought it very significant that the boy’s name who gave this account of an amazing vision he had that suggests that the USA may be attacked by China in 2011 is Jordan, for we can only enter the Promised Land after we too have passed through and crossed the Jordan, which allegorically relates to our death via baptism, just as entering the Promised Land signifies our re-birth in Christ’s image.

In the vision, Jordan shares many things about our new life in Heaven and on Earth as well, which is so very heartening and joyful to think about.

One day last spring, Joan and I were having lunch with our friends Chester and Jean Sharpe. Chester told us of a family he knew that had an unusual thing happen. When he begin to relate the event, I asked him to send the testimony to me, which he did about a week later. It was so thrilling that I wanted to share it with everyone possible! With permission, I do so now.

Jordan is a six-year-old boy who lives here in Phoenix, Arizona. I am told that he is shy and retiring-not outgoing (that is the thing that makes this so astounding). To protect him from those who would not have his best interest at heart, I will not use his last name. You may know that this is the true testimony just as his mother heard and wrote it.


Here is the testimony: April 20, 2008

Jordan and God

We went to visit my grandparents (Jordan’s great grandparents) for lunch with the family. On the way home in the car with my husband, my mother, my son Jordan(6yrs old), and my youngest son (3 yrs old). Jordan started talking about God¡¬

First he said which got all of our attention. This planet will be destroyed. In2011 some things will start happening, like what I asked. There will be bombs. The armies are going to throw bombs at us, but we have things that can block bombs in the air and throw them back. Who is going to throw bombs at us I asked, China he replied. How does he even know anything about China, he is only 6 we thought? (Is he predicting a war with China in 2011?). There will be lots of volcanoes with fire coming out, floods and those twisting things, ¬what are they called mommy? I replied, Tornados? Yes, tornados, he said.

At this point we all had goose bumps and were in awe! Then Jordan said those bugs that look like ants, there will be lots of them everywhere but they will grow big and have faces. (Is he talking about the plague of the locust in the bible, but he doesn’t know what locusts are called? If you think about it, locusts enlarged kind of do look like ants) We will be scared he said, but God says it’s ok and not to be scared. He continued there will be a lion with lots of horns and fire coming out of his mouth. People will disappear and people left will be like huh? (Dismayed). There will be clones too. Clones? I said, Do you even know what clones are Jordan? Yes, he said when there is more than one of the same people. Who will be the people that are clones, I asked? Everyone, he said, after we die and go to heaven, there will be clones of all of us there and you will see and it will walk inside of your body and then there will be only one of you. (I wonder if he is talking about the Holy Spirit?)

Jordan continued saying, after the world is destroyed, the clouds will come down to the earth and God will re-grow everything on earth. God will say “trees grow” and they will grow. He will just tell just tell everything to grow back again and they listen. Everything will be new again. And God will live with us on earth. What happens to all the bad people asked his grandma? They will go with the monsters, he said. And the other good people that are already dead will open their eyes and they will Wake up, there skin will re-grow and they will getup and go to Jesus. What will heaven look like we asked?

In heaven the streets are made of gold and they are slippery (probably meaning shiny we thought). There are lots of flowers of all colors, lots of yellow flowers. There are lots of butterflies and ladybugs. Grandma asked, are we all going to live in our own houses in Heaven? Yes Jordan answered but all the houses will be connected together. There are no bad people there. Everybody is happy. The animals go to heaven too and they talk. The lions are nice. The goats are nice. The goats will sleep with the lions. Do we eat there? asked grandma. ¬Yes there is lot of food, and you can have anything you want. The trees talk too, if you want an apple all you have to do is close your eyes and ask for a apple and an apple will appear on the tree.

Anything you want in heaven, you just close your eyes and think of it and you will have it. We’re going to be invisible but not to each other. The other people who are not in heaven can’t see us. It’s like magic. Who tells you these things Jordan I asked, I just know he replied. Does God talk to you and show you these things his grandma asked, Yes, he said. He tells me I can make wishes but not for myself ¬only for other people. Your not suppose to wish for yourself. We all asked one by one are we going to heaven and he replied, if you’re good.

Was God talking through him to testify to us, did he have the Holy Spirit upon him? We do recall one thing later that night. Before eating lunch at my grandparent’s house we all formed a circle and held hands to say a prayer and my husband and me noticed Jordan went limp and fell in front of me on the ground. He then jumped up confused and got back into the circle. Maybe the Holy Ghost touched him then, or maybe that was just Coincidence. But we do believe that God was using my son to let us know that he is real and he is coming back for his people.

Well, Saint of God, what do you think about that? Did God speak to and thru this six-year-old boy?

I thought that it would be good to share my current impressions of the state of affairs of the USA in the world today because it could prove to be true.

Considering the unfriendly vibes coming from China toward the USA in the G20 talks, the submarine that surfaced in the middle of a US military exercise in the Pacific involving one of our biggest aircraft carriers, the possible mysterious missile that was launched off of our Pacific coast the other day and the mishaps of that Cruise ship that found itself stranded in the Pacific Ocean that could be related to a secret military attack, it is a very distinct possibility that China (and Russia) could be planning to attack the USA in the very near future.

If this is the case, then World War III - also known as the Gog-Magog War - may be just around the corner, as Russia along with Iran might take the opportunity given by the USA's distraction in fighting the Chinese to attack US bases in the Middle East as well as Israel.

Of course, though this may mean that sudden destruction will come upon the ungodly around the world as Yahshua warned, it also means that the deliverance of all true believers also can't be far off! If this is so, I pray that we will all be protected and preserved for as long as we must remain on Earth, and that we will be counted worthy to take part in the greatest Exodus of all time to Heaven in the Rapture when it happens, which could be at any moment.

Even so, come Adonai Yahshua!

I believe that the chances are very good that we are on the verge of WW III, I was expecting it to happen during the last Gulf war and it didn't, but now it involves trillions of dollars so the stakes are a lot higher. It is possible, and this is just a possibility, that the Chinese gave us a very stern warning over the last few days because of QE2. Here are the things that I know about; A Chinese Submarine surfaced in the middle of our Pacific Fleet near our Aircraft Carrier. A ballistic missile was fired off of our West Coast apparently from a Submarine. A Cruise Ship was disabled in the same area, potentially by an EMP device. If these events are connected then we are literally on the verge of Nuclear war. I have heard that the highest ranking Chinese military officer has said publicly in the past something to the effect of China's willingness to loose 500 million of its citizens in exchange for 400 million Americans. He did not say it like that, but he apparently showed a willingness to have a nuclear exchange with the US.

If there is any truth to this, then it would just about have to mean the start of tribulation, and if the start of tribulation is close, then the rapture must be even closer.

MORE PROOF THAT THE RAPTURE IS A PROMISE!

After presenting my article entitled “THE RAPTURE IS NOT JUST A HOPE! IT IS A PROMISE”, I received a great deal of resistance to the encouragement it offers believers to hope in the Rapture as a promise that will be fulfilled. As anyone who teaches others about the Rapture will have realized, there are many people who think we will have to stay and fight the Antichrist and his evil armies during the Tribulation while we hide out in the wilderness. Then there are still others who think we will win the world for Christ through progressive political and moral actions and laws such as those who have been taught Dominion and Kingdom Now Theology.

This is a summary of my responses to these types of antagonists who claim to be within the Body of Christ. For those of you who have to deal with the same sort of skepticism and derision from believers who see the Rapture teaching as a lie, I offer these arguments to you in order to arm you with the verbal and Scriptural ammunition you will need to defend your stance.

First of all, many who see the Rapture as a false teaching lock onto the idea that Yahshua said His Second Coming would be a visible event. Meanwhile, many believers in the Rapture teach that it will be a secret event. However, though the Rapture and Yahshua’s Second Coming at the Battle of Armageddon are separate, I do not think the Rapture will come completely unannounced! Instead, the Rapture will only be a secret in the sense that the world will not be expecting it. When the Rapture occurs, the Bible makes it clear that there will be a sign in the heavens called the sign of the Son of Man announcing its nearness and a heavenly trumpet will sound when it occurs (Mat. 24:30; 1 Thess. 4:16).

Now, let me show that the Rapture is indeed a part of the First Resurrection into everlasting life. According to the Apostle Paul, each part of the First Resurrection comes in Yahshua’s own special order. First, there were the firstfruits of the First Resurrection, which consisted of Yahshua and those that were raised with Yahshua as mentioned in Matthew, Chapter 27. Then there will be a First Resurrection of the saints when Yahshua comes, and this coming is chronologically BEFORE He fights the wicked in the Battle of Armageddon! Finally, the last part of the First Resurrection will be when Yahshua returns to deliver the Kingdom to His Father at the end of the Tribulation:

1 Corinthians 15:22-25 - “For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ all shall be made alive. BUT EACH ONE IN HIS OWN ORDER: (1) Christ (and) the firstfruits, (2) afterward those who are Christ's at His coming. (3) Then comes the end, when He delivers the kingdom to God the Father, when He puts an end to all rule and all authority and power. For he must reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet.”

This Scripture means what it says! There are three different resurrection events into everlasting life mentioned! Furthermore, it indicates that the First Resurrection will not be completed until after Yahshua hands the Kingdom over to our heavenly Father at the end of the Tribulation and the Father makes His Son its king (Mat. 22:42-45; 1 Cor. 15:25). This resurrection of the martyrs comes after the Tribulation, as mentioned in the Book of Revelation, Chapter 20:

Revelation 20:4-5 - “And I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was committed to them. Then I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their witness to Jesus and for the word of God, who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and had not received his mark on their foreheads or on their hands. And they lived and reigned with Christ for a thousand years. But the rest of the dead did not live again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.”

As the preceding Scripture plainly states, this particular “Bema Seat” judgment at the third stage of the First Resurrection is for those saints who were martyred for their faith in Christ at the hands of the Antichrist and his evil followers during the Tribulation, not the many martyrs that died before them in different ages.

So, think about it! Why is it that only these martyrs will rise up out of their graves at this time? The only answer that makes sense is that THIS IS NOT THE ONLY RESURRECTION OF THE SAINTS THAT WILL OCCUR BEFORE THE TRIBULATION ENDS! This means that there has to be more than one stage to the First Resurrection into everlasting life that the saints will take part in, just as Paul taught! In fact, the Scriptures do clearly mention three stages to this First Resurrection. Let me show you where!

The first part of the First Resurrection happened when Yahshua died on the Cross and many Israelite saints who had died with a longing to see the Messiah (and some who no doubt knew Yahshua but had died before His death) rose from the dead and came out of tombs throughout Israel and appeared in Jerusalem:

Matthew 27:51-53 - “Then, behold, the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom; and the earth quaked, and the rocks were split, and the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints who had fallen asleep were raised; and coming out of the graves after His resurrection, they went into the holy city and appeared to many.”

What sort of resurrection do you think that these saints or “morally blameless ones” experienced? Since it occurred after Yahshua’s blood had been shed to pay for our sins on the Cross, it had to have been a resurrection to everlasting life! So those saints are either still alive on the Earth or have already been Raptured to Heaven with Yahshua. Either way, they are and will always be alive, forevermore!

The second part of the First Resurrection will happen at the “secret” Raptures that no one is expecting that will happen sometime BEFORE the Bowls of God’s Wrath are poured out in the Earth in the last half of the Tribulation. In fact, I believe that there will be two Rapture events during the Tribulation - one at the beginning and one in the middle. Furthermore, there are many clues in Scripture that both of these Raptures will be accompanied by signs in the heavens and cataclysmic events such as an earthquake and possibly a pole shift. This is plainly shown in Revelation Chapter 11 in regard to the Two Witnesses, who will be resurrected and snatched up to Heaven in a second clearly mentioned Rapture event in Scripture:

Revelation 11:7-8, 11-13 - “Now when they finish their testimony, the beast that ascends out of the bottomless pit will make war against them, overcome them, and kill them. And their dead bodies will lie in the street of the great city which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.” “Now after the three-and-a-half days the breath of life from God entered them, and they stood on their feet, and great fear fell on those who saw them. And they heard a loud voice from heaven saying to them, ‘Come up here.’ And they ascended to heaven in a cloud, and their enemies saw them. In the same hour there was a great earthquake, and a tenth of the city fell. In the earthquake seven thousand men were killed, and the rest were afraid and gave glory to the God of heaven.”

No one will miss when the Two Witnesses will be Raptured since the Scriptures plainly state that a great earthquake will accompany their ascension to Heaven and “their enemies” will see them going up! Therefore, there is no doubt that the consequences of each Rapture event has been and will be plainly seen again throughout the world. Furthermore, the heavenly sign of the Son of Man that will precede Yahshua’s coming down out of the Third Heaven both in the Rapture and at the end of the Tribulation will be seen globally as well. When the sign of the Son of Man is seen, it won’t be a secret any longer, and no one will be able to hide the sign because it will be visible in the heavens that circle the whole world in any given 24-hour period. But, sadly, the world already has an alternative “New Age” explanation for it!

New Agers have been looking forward to the Rapture for many years now. These unsaved mystics foresee it as a massive and cataclysmic cleansing of “Mother Earth” ridding herself of “defective” people so a New Age of peace can come. Of course their New Age of peace is none other than the Antichrist’s one world government and New Age religious system, when all will have to take the Mark of the Beast to be a part of Satan’s counterfeit of the Kingdom of God, where good will be evil and evil will be good.

Thankfully, however, God offers His most faithful servants a way of escape that DOES NOT include martyrdom or suicide, but only believing in Yahshua’s promises of deliverance! As quoted in my first article, Revelation Chapter 3, verses 10 and 11 state that Yahshua’s faithful followers can “escape all these things.” This can only mean escaping the devastation, destruction and death of the Wrath of God that will be poured out in the last half of the Tribulation. Furthermore, considering that the entire world as we know it will be completely destroyed during the Tribulation, how do you propose that Yahshua will protect and feed perhaps billions of believers if we remain on the Earth and there is no source of clean water or food left anywhere on the Earth?

Though God protected the Israelites from the pre-Exodus plagues poured out on Egypt, there is no hint of a respite offered to anyone during the Tribulation events recorded in the Book of Revelation except for those who escape into the wilderness. But even then, these righteous fugitives will be hunted down and killed by the Antichrist’s followers wherever they are found.

Only a few will escape, most likely due to their reliance on divine protection and their covering in the blood of the Lamb of God rather than via weapons of war! This will be just as Yahweh protected the Israelites from the plagues that came upon the Egyptians at the time of the Exodus, when the blood of a male lamb painted on their doorways saved them from death. But the wrath of God being poured out on the Earth during the Tribulation will be far more devastating, and those who become believers in the Tribulation will be living all over the world. So, unless there are numerous figurative lands of Goshen to hide in for protection, these people will be in grave danger of dying as the Wrath of God is poured out on the entire world.

Furthermore, in the Gospel of John, Chapter 14, verses 2 through 4, which was quoted in my article showing that the Rapture is certain, Yahshua tells His Apostles and disciples that He is preparing a place for them in His Father’s House. This is undeniably a reference to the Third Heaven where God dwells with His holy angels. Furthermore, Yahshua said that He will come for His disciples so that they can be where He is! This is NOT a reference to Yahshua’s Second Coming at the end of the Tribulation. It can’t be because there are resurrected saints that are to be identified with the Bride of Christ that will be riding on white horses and COMING DOWN OUT OF HEAVEN with Yahshua! Here are two Scriptures, which mention the Bride of Christ and the army on white horses accompanying Yahshua as both being dressed in fresh white linen, suggesting that they are one and same entity:

Revelation 19:7-8 - “Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready. And to her it was granted to be arrayed in fine linen, clean and bright, for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints.”

Revelation 19:11-14 - “Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war. His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns. He had a name written that no one knew except Himself. He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God. And the armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses.”

These Scriptures tell us that the army of saints that form the Bride of Christ will return with Yahshua at the beginning of the battle of Armageddon, long before the third stage of the First Resurrection mentioned in Revelation, Chapter 20! So where do these already resurrected saints riding on white horses come from if there is no Resurrection until the end of the Tribulation? The answer is there is a Resurrection before then, and it will be much bigger than the one mentioned in Matthew, Chapter 27!

I have noticed that, without exception, those who are so vehemently hateful of the Rapture teaching have a faulty understanding of Yahshua’s completely non-violent and non-political approach to dealing with evil and also a faulty understanding of what it means to be in the Kingdom of God, WHICH IS NOT OF THIS WORLD:

John 18:36 - “Jesus answered, ‘My kingdom is not of this world. If My kingdom were of this world, My servants would fight, so that I should not be delivered to the Jews; but now My kingdom is not from here.’”

This Scripture leads us to ask: "When does Yahshua’s Kingdom come to Earth and when will Yahshua reside here on Earth with us again?" Well, that would be at Yahshua’s Second Coming at the Battle of Armageddon, wouldn’t it? That is, after all, when our Messiah will arrive to do battle against the wicked and will win His kingdom by force! Therefore, the time to fight God’s enemies with force of arms hasn’t come yet. But even then, the Book of Revelation is very clear that the sword wielded by Yahshua against His foes is the Breath of His Word! And this is also what Yahshua’s Raptured saints use to direct God’s holy angels! Note that IT IS THE ANGELS AND NOT THE SAINTS THAT PHYSICALLY GO TO WAR AGAINST AND OVERTHROW SATAN, the Accuser of the Brethren, who is then cast out of Heaven:

Revelation 12:10-11 - “Then I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, ‘Now salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren, who accused them before our God day and night, has been cast down. And they (i.e. the saints) overcame him (i.e. Satan, the Accuser) by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.’”

So it is God’s holy angels who fight on our behalf, just as Yahshua will fight for all those who love Him at the Battle of Armageddon using the Sword of His Word coming out of His mouth:

Revelation 19:15 - “Now out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should strike the nations. And He Himself will rule them with a rod of iron. He Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.”

Now, to those of you who disbelieve in the Rapture, let me ask you: “If I believe in a Rapture, what do I risk?” None of us can deny that the Tribulation will come. It will happen, one way or another. But the Scriptures listed in my articles indicate that I can escape the worst part of the Tribulation by believing that Yahshua will come to deliver me. So, since I love Yahshua more than anything in this world and want to be with Him, than why would I choose to do anything else? You can choose to not believe and stay behind if you like. But I choose to go to be with Yahshua and to dwell with many other saints in His mansions in Heaven while the Tribulation rages on Earth!

The Holy Spirit guides people into all truth, and every pro-Rapture argument that I have presented here came from the Holy Spirit working through me, not through someone else's interpretation of Scripture. I have proven beyond the shadow of a doubt that everything I believe concerning the Rapture and the First Resurrection checks out in Scripture and has as much or more validity than the unproven position that we will have to live through the Tribulation.

Those who disagree can say that I am taking Scriptures out of context, but that will not change the literal and allegorical meanings of the many Scriptures that I quoted and explained as teaching that there will be at least one, and maybe two Raptures! So, we who are waiting for the Rapture can believe what we do without any Scriptural doubt.

Is Pointing to Heavenly Signs and Jewish Feasts as Possible Rapture Days a Form of Date-Setting?

This article is being directed to anyone who has had a problem with my enthusiasm in showing that the coming Rapture and Tribulation are tied to various Jewish Feast Days and are also being pointed to by various Signs in the Heavens. Though my excitement over the Rapture has made me suggest certain dates could be tied to it, I've never set any specific dates for this wonderful event over the past year. I did suggest that the Rapture could occur when the Solar Eclipse on July 11th this year happened, but not that it would. I also have seen Rosh Hashanah as a possible Rapture time and have indicated that there may be two Raptures, with one possibly nearer to Pentecost, and one that might be nearer to the Feast of Trumpets or Rosh Hashanah. In addition, I have shown that the Rapture is tied to the summer season that falls between Pentecost and the Feast of Trumpets. Summer is indicated through the summer lilies that are in bloom in the Song of Solomon when the Shunamite woman's Beloved is looking for her among the lilies. It can also be seen in the Book of Ruth when Ruth and Boaz are married at the end of the summer harvest season.

What I have most often done, however, is show that there are many wonderful Signs in the Heavens that Yahshua´s coming is very soon. On my Armageddon Radio Shows, I have pointed out that there has been a Total Solar Eclipse on the 1st of Av over the past 3 consecutive years, and that this is an extremely rare occurrence. I have therefore suggested that it could be a triple allegorical warning that mankind needs to repent of their sins and get things right with Yahweh. This is because the 1st of Av falls during a three-week period of mourning that the Jews keep between the 17th of Tammuz and the 9th of Av every year. Rather than a sign for a specific Rapture day, these triple Solar Eclipses are also a sign that all people need to repent because Yahshua is coming very soon. The triple Jupiter-Uranus conjunctions that began on June 6th this year are a similar triple warning that the Messiah (Jupiter) is coming for His Bride (Uranus) very soon and that the First Rapture probably will occur within the next year since the second of the three Jupiter-Uranus conjunctions will occur just a week after Rosh Hashanah this year, and the third and final one will occur in January of 2011.

Like many others, I have been a strong proponent of this Rosh Hashanah on September 9th and 10th as a likely time for a Pre-Tribulation Rapture if there is to be one. I have also repeatedly said that the prophetic word that was given to me on Palm Sunday in 2010 may have either applied to next year or that it may have been meant to be allegorical rather than literal. After all, my entire ministry is centered around the allegorical meaning of prophetic events, people, symbols and rituals in the Bible. I may have been limiting what God was trying to show me by my own lack of vision at the time the word was given. It has happened to me before. I have had visions and dreams that made no sense to me until much later, when God opened my eyes to understand them.

As a case in point, I had not read the passages in the Song of Solomon that referred to lilies until two months after I had received my prophetic word from God that the Rapture would occur before the summer lily flowers bloomed in my garden. I discovered them when I did a search for any mention of lilies in the Bible to see what I could find this past July. At that time, I found several references to lilies, with the most interesting ones being in the Song of Solomon. I discussed the meaning of these lily passages in the Song and explained what I thought these meant in relation to my vision and accompanying word about the lilies during one of my Armageddon Radio Shows shortly after that.

In regard to my lily vision, a dear friend in the Lord received a word that the lilies might also be a symbol for my ministry, meaning that the Rapture will happen before my Pillar of Enoch Ministry has bloomed or fully reached its potential and completion! In addition, she saw the lilies as good deeds and good words that need to be tended to while God gathers the weeds to be burned. Could this mean I will be one of the 144,000 Witnesses who will instruct people about God´s coming Kingdom during the Tribulation? Adonai Yahshua, if it is Your will, let it be so!

Though I hope the first Rapture will happen before the Winter Solstice on December 21st, 2010 when a stunning and ominous Total Lunar Eclipse over the Messiah constellation named Orion will occur, it could happen as late as December 21st, 2012. If there is to be a second Rapture, it must occur just before or after the Seventh or Last Trumpet is blown in the middle of the Tribulation. There is also a possibility that there will only be one Rapture that will occur Mid-Tribulation.

As was shown fairly conclusively in my book: "The Language of God in Prophecy," the Tribulation period appears to be firmly tied to the years 2011 through 2017. Therefore, if the Rapture is to be Mid-Tribulation, it could occur as late as the autumn or winter of 2014. I have also mentioned this in some of my articles. But I have no doubt that that we should definitely be looking for our Messiah to come for us in the Rapture by the end of 2014, before the Bowls of God's Wrath are poured out. These seven Bowl Judgments will likely be poured out on the Earth between 2014 through the end of 2016, and Yahshua will come to conquer the wicked at the Battle of Armageddon and usher in His Kingdom on Earth between the close of 2016 and the end of 2017.

In the meantime, my message has been and will remain that all of us who love Yahshua need to keep our eyes focused on God and on doing His work until Yahshua comes. We also need to be warning people that the time to Yahshua´s glorious appearing is short and there is little time for those who need to repent to do so before they are left behind to live through the Wrath of God during the last half of the Tribulation. We constantly need to let others know that there will be terrible consequences when the Rapture comes for anyone who does not believe that Yahshua died for and washed away their sins with His shed blood on the Cross. We need to continue to tell others that there will be an awful price to pay for ignoring the obvious warnings seen clearly not only in escalating prophetic world events and rapidly increasing natural disasters but in the many clear Signs in the Heavens that have appeared between 1996 and the present and that will occur through the close of 2017 and beyond.

Until Yahshua comes, I will continue to say Maranatha even while I keep my eyes focused on Him and in doing His work. May we all be found worthy to enter Yahshua´s glorious Kingdom when He comes! Amen and Hallelu-Yah!

While I was praying this morning, God gave me a vision. He showed me a great, world-wide "mobilization" I saw myself strolling along a beach. Suddenly, there sounded a loud boom, which became stronger and more massive. It was not the noise of the sea or of the wind. It was completely still outside. The sea water was as smooth as glass. The deep booming sound which was like the sound of the mountains about to cave in, a banging sound which I had up till now never heard in my whole life, came from the other side of the ocean, from far away. It became so strong and mighty, that the earth began to quake and shake. It sounded like the blasting of a deep bass trumpet. I had never heard this sort and depth of bass sound before now. The whole air vibrated. I holed myself up in the dunes of the embankment, face down, and waited to see what would come out of this natural spectacle.

When the booming refused to stop, and instead became stronger, I saw myself begin to pray in the vision, and to speak with my God. Then I heard a voice saying, "my child, fear not. That is my mobilization call, a signal, from the other world. I am calling my people out from all peoples. I myself am shaking the earth and the sea. The sinners and godless will pass away for fear and the fearful expectation of the things which are to come. Understand, my child, that all these have been initiated by the financial crises. That was just the beginning of ruin.

The foundation of today's society will be so shaken that the people will lose all that they have acquired, and saved up till now.

Every infrastructure and welfare will collapse with time. Life will be very difficult for very many people. The general security will get out of control and there will be a proliferation of crime such that life on earth will be massively threatened. But you, who fear my name will I save from ruin. I am holding my arm of protection over you. Although not even a silent wind blew, and not even a small wave was seen on the sea, the booming was so mighty, that my heart threatened to stop beating. Then I thought to myself, "I will now also die". And then the Lord said to me,

"My child, do not fear. You are to live and continue to declare my works. Arise, go home and tell your loved ones. Let them know that the coming of my son is very close at hand, at the doorstep. I am setting everything in motion in order to take my people home, and I am now stripping them of everything that is holding them back, or blocking them.”

As I stood up to obey God's voice, starting to make my way homewards, I saw very many people, lying in the dunes. They had come out from their houses, racing towards the sea to see and experience this extraordinary natural spectacle. They lay on their faces as if paralysed, exactly as I had lain a few minutes before now. As I passed by them on my way home, despite the continuous distant booming sound, these people called to me saying "you are crazy; you cannot make it home in this situation. It is too dangerous".

They then buried their heads even further in the dunes, because they feared what would happen next. They no longer wanted to hear or know of anything.

And then said the Lord to me: "for you, my children, who fear my name, this is the day of my "mobilization". For you my "sun of salvation" arises, with which I gather my true children, and bring them together. Go, my son, and tell this everyone you can reach". Then I asked the Lord "what shall I tell them?" "Tell my children, The Lord said", "they are no longer to occupy themselves with perishable things, but rather, much more with the immortal, the eternal things. They are to seek me and study my word. They should forgive one another, so long as there is still time, and make peace with one another. They should stop being envious of, and pointing fingers at one another. They should neither accuse nor suspect one another. Everyone should do what he is supposed to, and can do. Tell them to free themselves of every unnecessary thing, and to stop fighting spasmodically (intermittently) for their rights. From now on, I will ensure your rights, and provide for justice for you. Great changes are about to occur all over the world, in every area of life. Adjust yourselves therefore and be prepared. Nothing is going to be as it has been before now..."

The further I moved away from the beach, the less of the booming sound I heard, even though I was of the opinion that the sound had become stronger and even more massive. I felt as if I had been secured in a glass case. Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying "I will bring my children into safety in my own way. You will see everything I will do in the world, which will experience all the "plagues of Egypt " before I withdraw my children unto myself, before Pharaoh releases you forever. My people hold together! Stay with one another, encourage one another. Soon, you would have made it!"

That was the last thing I took with me from this vision.

As I thought about all that I had seen, and what I should do with it, the Lord spoke to me saying "spread this revelation I have given you this morning about my "mobilization" overall further to my children, and encourage them to do likewise, for I am at the door (I am coming soon). And tell them, especially my people, that they should be serious about their relationship with Me (God), before it is too late...."

“The Amazing Heavenly Anti-Peace Sign Formed in the Zodiac by the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse”

Part Three - “The Anti-Peace Sign Chanukiah of the Four Horseman, and the Eclipses Marking the Great Tribulation”

In the first two parts of this article, I showed how the four mounted Messengers of Doom called the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse will allegorically form a giant Anti-Peace sign in heaven on December 21st, 2012, the Mayan Date for the End of the World. When the first four seals of judgement in the Book of Revelation are opened, the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse will allegorically draw this Anti-Peace Sign with the Zodiac signs of Sagittarius, Scorpio, Libra, and Taurus in the sky. Since the Zodiac story hidden in these signs parallels the Bible’s account of sin and salvation through Christ, each one of these four heavenly star signs is packed with allegorical truth that reveals the nature of each apocalyptic rider’s mission.

Amazingly, that is not the only sign that will appear in heaven on the morning of December 21, 2012! What is really astounding is that the same Anti-Peace Sign will form a giant Chanukah Menorah tied to the number 9, which is associated with divine judgment in Scripture! The nine branches of this heavenly “Chanukiah” will be allegorically marked by the three decans signs under each of the three adjacent Zodiac signs forming the trident portion of the Anti-Peace Sign! These are Sagittarius’ decans (1) Lyra, (2) Ara, and (3) Draco; Scorpio’s decans (4) Ophiuchus, (5) Serpens, and (6) Hercules; and Libra’s decans (7) Crux, (8) Victima, and (9) Corona Borealis.

This Chanukiah is also depicted by the line-up of planets on December 21st, 2012, with Mars in Sagittarius marking the first lamp on this Menorah in heaven, Mercury in Scorpio marking the center lamp, which is called the Servant Lamp, and Saturn in Libra marking the ninth, and final lamp. The sign of Taurus depicting Christ crucified, and as a Risen King (via Orion), and the Messiah planet Jupiter depicting Christ’s crown are paired together to serve as this Chanukiah’s base. It therefore represents the firm foundation of Yahshua the Messiah (i.e. Jesus the Christ), who will one day return as a conquering King - like a mighty bull in His invincible power:

“For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ (Yahshua the Messiah).” -- 1 Corinthians 3:11

While examining the illustrations, note that the Anti Peace Sign also forms a trident symbol, which is used as a weapon for fishing and war, suggesting both the winning of souls, and the destruction of souls. Tridents are also associated with the false gods Poseidon, and Shiva, the Hindu god of destruction.

Due to these amazing signs that will appear in the heavens on December 21st, 2012, it is my belief that Yahshua will end the false peace of the Antichrist very shortly after that time, and then will pour out the Wrath of God on Earth before bringing in His Millennial Kingdom of True Peace. The time when this false peace ends will be marked by signs in the heavens, including the darkening of the Sun in an eclipse, and reddening of the Moon in an eclipse (Mat. 24:29; Mark 13:24-25; Rev. 6:12).

Now, based on the prophecies in the Hallel Psalms, which I spoke of in an earlier article series, and speak of at length in my book “The Language of God in Prophecy” (see http://pillar-of-enoch.com/Language_of_God_in_Prophecy/), it is my belief that December 21, 2012 marks the end of the second year of the Great Tribulation. This means that the Great Tribulation will officially begin on, or around the time of the Winter Solstice in 2010 AD.

Curiously, on the evening just before the Sun rises on the Winter Solstice in 2010, there is gong to be a total Lunar Eclipse in the sign of Taurus, which signifies both God’s mercy on believers, and His terrible wrath on the Gentiles who reject Him. It also signifies Christ’s return with His saints and angels to defend the Jews and Tribulation Saints at the Battle of Armageddon!

As an eerie sign of the terrible wars, and subsequent Wrath of God to come, this Lunar Eclipse will occur directly over the tip of the constellation Orion’s upraised sword. Since Orion depicts Christ, the sword that the Lunar Eclipse occurs over is the sword of Christ! This eclipse will be visible over much of North America, which will likely be one of the most hard-hit sections of the world when the sudden disappearance of millions of believers occurs in an event known as the Rapture. The Rapture will occur on a day and hour known only to God prior to, or shortly after the onset of the Great Tribulation. At that time, true Christians all over the world will disappear off the face of the Earth, will be taken to Heaven in the twinkling of an eye, and will be given immortal spiritual bodies without having to experience death. Some time after the Rapture occurs, the unbridled Wrath of God in the unleashing of the Seal, Trumpet, and Bowl Judgments will come upon the whole world - as recorded in the Book of Revelation.

Though I suspect that the Rapture will occur before the seven-year Tribulation, and hence sometime in 2010 AD - this glorious event could occur as late as December 21st, 2012, which will likely be two years into the Great Tribulation. According to the prophetic implications shown through Sacred Astronomy, the Four Horsemen will begin their ride at the end of the first two years of peace in the seven-year Great Tribulation period. This false peace of the Antichrist’s kingdom will end when the Rider on the Red Horse - who presages war and bloodshed - begins his journey over the Earth.

After the first Four Seals are opened, and the Four Horsemen are sent by God to ride over the Earth, the next event in the Book of Revelation is the opening of the Fifth Seal:

“When He opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for the word of God and for the testimony which they held. And they cried… saying, ‘How long, O Lord, holy and true, until You judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?’ “…and it was said to them that they should rest a little while longer, until both the number of their fellow servants and their brethren, who would be killed as they were, was completed.” -- Rev. 6:9-11 (NKJ)

This Scripture suggests that the false peace of the Tribulation period will end abruptly sometime after December 21st, 2012, and that rebellions and wars will erupt everywhere when countless Tribulation Saints will begin to be imprisoned, tortured, and killed as martyrs all over the world. These persecuted contenders for the faith will then be added to the number of saints in Heaven who already await divine justice for their martyrdom at the hands of their satanic persecutors.

Could it therefore be that the numerous heavenly signs that accompany the opening of the Sixth Seal marks not only the last three and a half year pouring out of God’s Wrath on a wicked world during the seven years of the Great Tribulation, but the beginning of the most severe persecution of the Tribulation Saints?

One thing is certain: the opening of the Sixth Seal will herald the beginning of massive Earth changes that will occur via an earthquake, or series of earthquakes that move mountains and islands out of their places. In addition, many heavenly signs, including a Solar Eclipse, Lunar Eclipse, and a massive meteor shower will accompany these earthquakes. I have identified these signs within the following quoted text:

“I looked when He opened the sixth seal, and behold, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair (a solar eclipse), and the moon became like blood (a lunar eclipse). And the stars of heaven fell to the earth (a massive meteor shower)… Then the sky receded as a scroll when it is rolled up (severe atmospheric changes), and every mountain and island was moved out of its place (massive Earth changes). And the kings of the earth… every slave and every free man, hid themselves… and said to the mountains and rocks, ‘Fall on us and hide us from…. the wrath of the Lamb! For the great day of His wrath has come, and who is able to stand?’“ -- Rev. 6:12-17 (NKJ)

Since the Anti-Peace Sign in the sky will mark the end of the false peace of the Antichrist on December 21st, 2012, the coming of the Seven Trumpet judgments, and the subsequent outpouring of the final Seven Bowls of God’s Wrath can be determined by looking for a Solar Eclipse first, and then a Lunar Eclipse.

Ominously, both a Solar Eclipse and a Lunar Eclipse will occur in the spring of 2015 AD - in conjunction with major events on the Jewish calendar. Since the prophecy found in the Hallel Psalms suggests that the Great Tribulation will end in 2017, the eclipses in 2015 suggest that the Seven Trumpet and Seven Bowl Judgments will occur within the near 3-year period between the spring of 2015, and the end of 2017.

On March 20th, 2015, the Solar Eclipse will occur in the sign of Pisces - exactly one day before the Spring, or Vernal Equinox that year. Uncannily, the first day of the first month of the Jewish religious calendar - a.k.a. the Jewish First of the Year - will also occur on the Spring Equinox on March 21st. At sunrise on the 21st, the waxing Crescent Moon will appear in the sign of Pisces. In the Gospel in the Stars, the two fishes of Pisces represent the Two-House Church of Judah and Ephraim, consisting of Messianic Jews and saved Lost Israelites and Gentiles. Now, a heavenly band, or cord binds these Piscean fishes to the evil sea monster constellation called Cetus, which is under the sign of Aries. This likely represents the fact that many saved Jews and Christians have been, and will again be martyred for their faith - especially during the Great Tribulation.

Fourteen days after the New Moon on the Spring Equinox, on the evening of April 4th, 2015, it will be Passover. Intriguingly, a Lunar Eclipse will occur in the sign of Virgo on that night that will be best viewed on Easter Island. This is significant because Easter Island was discovered on Easter Sunday, April 5th, 1722, and Easter will be on Sunday, April 5th in 2015 - on the morning after the Passover Lunar Eclipse! Virgo represents the ancient kingdom, and modern nation of Israel, and both serve as forerunners to the coming Millennial Kingdom of Yahshua.

Could this be why Easter Island is covered with many enigmatic ancient stone statues - many with emaciated human torsos suggesting starvation and sickness? Could this be why their stone faces appear to be staring out in dismay at the far horizon in every direction? Could our righteous Sethite ancestors who knew Sacred Astronomy, and the holy Watchers who guided them have been trying to tell us something about the terrifying earthly and heavenly events that will occur beginning in 2015 AD by making Easter Island a modern archeological marvel, and mystery? If the Sethites knew of the First and Second Advent of Christ from the Gospel in the Stars, could Easter Island’s hundreds of stone statues have been carved to portray the global state of mankind during the last few years before Christ’s Second Coming, which may occur in 2017?

Though archeologists insist that the Easter Island stone heads were carved from solidified lava ash long after the time of Christ, some believe them to be much older. In particular, one wall carved at Ahu Vinapu on Easter Island greatly resembles ancient Pre-Flood structures made of finely fitted monolithic stone blocks that have been found around the world in places like Machu Picchu in South America, Teotihuacán in Mexico, Baalbek in Lebanon, and Giza in Egypt.

As shown in my book: “The Language of God in History,” (see http://pillar-of-enoch.com/Language_of_God_in_History/) it is my belief that these disparate sites are all connected - via Sacred Astronomy - by the righteous genius of one Sethite man who lived before the Great Flood named Enoch, and his descendents Noah and Shem. Furthermore, it is my contention that these men wanted to leave a testimony that communicated what they believed, and knew would happen in the far future. As a result, they carved it all in stone for this final generation - the generation that will experience the terrifying events heralding the end of this old world system, and the ushering in of a true New Age of Righteousness built on the foundation of Christ, the Bible, and the Star Gospel.

Whatever these heavenly signs portend, the conjunction of these eclipses with major Jewish calendar events in 2015 seems highly significant when viewed through the lenses of biblically-based Sacred Astronomy. As shown in my book: “The Language of God in Humanity” (see http://pillar-of-enoch.com/Language_of_God_in_Humanity/), a Lunar Eclipses occurred both on the night of the first Passover in Egypt, and on the night of the Passover when Christ was crucified! Could it be that this night of a Passover Lunar Eclipse in 2015 will also mark another significant turn of events for the Jews, and Tribulation Saints?

After the Easter Island Lunar Eclipse in 2015, the next significant eclipse will be a Solar Eclipse on August 21st, 2017. From an aerial perspective, this Solar Eclipse will cast the Moon’s shadow over all of North America, possibly indicating that something prophetically significant will occur on behalf of this region of the world sometime around that date in history. Could this be close to the time when Christ will return with His heavenly armies to defeat the armies of the Antichrist that will be invading the USA and Israel? The Amazing Hidden Prophecy In Psalm 108, and the War on Terror - Are They Connected?

August 30, 2007 - Many people are filled with anxiety today, wondering what is going to happen in regard to the war on terror, and America’s place in it, as well as the part the Middle East nations will play in upcoming world events.

In that regard, the God of Israel has hidden much in Scripture about this very time in history. However, few scholars seem to be aware of the hidden prophecies in the Book of Psalms attributed to King David. For thousands of years, the Psalms have primarily been seen as praise and worship songs, with only a few directly prophetic psalms like Psalm 22, which clearly pertains to Christ’s First Advent. For this reason, few books on End Time events discuss these prophecies.

In my book, “The Language of God in Prophecy” (read about it at http://pillar-of-enoch.com/Language_of_God_in_Prophecy/), I show how many Psalms - especially the Hallel Psalms 110 through 118 - may be directly related to global prophetic events occurring in the years 2010 through 2018. These nine psalms appear to describe unfolding events that will usher in the most terrible time in world history outsde of the Great Flood: the seven-year Great Tribulation! My book on prophecy gives a thrilling glimpse into future world events, even though I neglected to look at Psalm 108, which is directly connected to the years 2008 through 2009.

If I had looked at Psalm 108 closely while writing my book, it would have added greatly to my prophetic interpretation of what the Hallel Psalms may mean in regard to the West’s ongoing war on Terror. In this article, I would therefore like to explain what this Psalm might foretell for the United, States, the United Kingdom, the Middle East, and the rest of the world in the next two years leading up to 2010 - a year signaled out in several prophetic channels.

Throughout Psalm 108, there are many terms that apply to nations and people groups in the past, as well as the present and future. What is doubly thrilling about this is that all the nations mentioned are directly involved with the current, globally felt war against Terrorism. To show how Psalm 108 reveals this, abridged portions of its thirteen stanzas will be quoted, followed by interpretations of what people groups and events these verses pertain to.

Let’s begin with the first seven stanzas:

“O God (Elohim), my heart is steadfast; I will sing and give praise… Awake, lute and harp! I will awaken the dawn. I will praise You, O LORD (Yahweh)… among the nations… Be exalted, O God (Elohim), above the heavens, and Your glory above all the earth; That Your beloved (i.e. Jerusalem) may be delivered, save with Your right hand, and hear me. God (Elohim) has spoken in His holiness: ‘I will rejoice; I will divide (or separate) Shechem (a city of refuge in Ephraimite territory which now refers to the Palestinian allotment of land in the West Bank) and measure out (i.e. set apart) the Valley of Succoth (part of Gad’s ancient territory - refers to the Palestinian occupied Gaza Strip).” -Psalm 108:1-7 (NKJ)

Fascinatingly, one of the two portions of land that have been portioned out to the Palestinians is the West Bank, which surrounds Jerusalem on three sides. This portion of land is called Shechem in Psalm 108, and it was rich pastureland when Jacob’s sons tended their father’s flocks there. It was near Shechem that Joseph made his fateful trip out into the fields to check on the welfare of his brothers, only to be beaten, imprisoned, and sold into slavery by them (Genesis 37:13-28). It was also in Shechem where Joseph was later buried.

Interestingly, the story of Joseph’s slavery, and later rise to power in Egypt echoes the current conflict between the West, and the Muslim nations. Perhaps this is why Joseph’s tomb is located in Shechem, or the West Bank, and why the Palestinians barbarically destroyed his tomb in 2003. As shown in my book “The Language of God in Humanity” (read about it at http://pillar-of-enoch.com/Language_of_God_in_Humanity/), Joseph’s two sons Ephraim and Manasseh would come to represent two powerful Gentile nations in the Last Days: The United States (Ephraim), and the United Kingdom (Manasseh).

The Scripture “I will divide (or separate) Shechem” directly states that it is God’s Will that there should be a separation of the West Bank from the rest of Israel through the auspices of the United States, United Kingdom, and United Nations! In double fulfillment of this, the West Bank is now separated, or divided by political strife as well since it was set up as a secular democratic state, but was quickly overrun by fundamentalist Islamic terrorist groups.

Even more fascinating is the fact that “the Valley of Sukkoth” in the preceding Scripture may be referring to the Gaza Strip, which is indeed measured out, or set apart from Israel and the West Bank! These two sections of land were recently given to the Palestinians in order to secure peace with them, and the rest of the Middle East. However, this grand gesture of generosity by Israel has failed miserably in winning support and friendship from the Palestinians, or other Muslim nations.

The reason this modern bid at peace is failing is bound up in the past, and directly relates to the seemingly perpetual blood feuds between Isaac and Ishmael, and Jacob and Esau. It is also tied to the failure of the Israelites to make any lasting peace with the hated Philistines, and Amalekites after the Exodus, and the conquest of Canaan.

Intriguingly, the next two stanzas of Psalm 108 tell us what nations are intimately involved with, or opposed to this dividing up of Israel in an effort to bring peace to the region. It also states which nations are under God’s current control, or acting on His behalf, and also which ones are the targets of His wrath:

“Gilead (i.e. the grandson of Manasseh, likely referring to Canada today) is Mine; Manasseh (the United Kingdom) is Mine; Ephraim (the United States) also is the “helmet for My head” (or chief stronghold); Judah (the nation of ISRAEL) is My lawgiver. Moab (Syria, Iraq, and Iran) is My washpot; over Edom (Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and possibly Yemen and Oman) I will cast My shoe; over Philistia (Lebanon, Syria, Palestinian territories) I will triumph.’ ” -Psalm 108:8-9 (NKJ)

This portion of Scripture indicates that the Western nations with the most troops in Iraq and Afghanistan today, and those most closely allied with Israel today in friendship - the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada - are doing God’s will in the Middle East. So, no matter what people in these countries may think of their current political leaders, or government decisions concerning the War on Terror, these governments are (most likely unwittingly) acting on God’s behalf right now, though I must strongly emphasize here that this situation will change dramatically when the Antichrist becomes leader of the West in Europe sometime during, or after the predicted war described in Psalm 108.

The remaining portion of Psalm 108 tells us that the Western nations allied to Israel are going to have a major military show down with the Islamic terrorists allied against them, which include those living in Iran, Iraq, Syria, and Saudi Arabia. Now based on my interpretation of Psalms 110 through 118 in “The Language of God in Prophecy”(read about it at http://pillar-of-enoch.com/Language_of_God_in_Prophecy/), this war will likely be waged for two to three years, or until just before the Rapture of the True Church - which could occur in 2010 through 2012 AD. Furthermore, based on the final stanza of Psalm 108, the armies of the West will not be able to defeat their Terrorist enemies unless the people of the West (particularly the USA) openly call upon the God of Israel to help them:

“Who will bring me into the strong (or fortified) city (i.e. Babylon; a.k.a. Iraq - with its many US-built military bases surrounding it)? Who will lead me (in)to Edom (Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and possibly Yemen, and Oman)? Is it not You, O God (Elohim), who cast us off? And You, O God (Elohim), who did not go out with our armies? (OR: Elohim, will You cast us off? Elohim, will You abandon our armies?) Give us help from trouble, for the help of man is useless. Through God (Elohim) we will do valiantly, for it is He who shall tread down our enemies.” -Psalm 108:10-13 (NKJ)

In this final section of Psalm 108, the passage which reads: “it is He who shall tread down our enemies” suggests that God will miraculously intervene, and bless the West with a temporary victory in the Middle East. Furthermore, the lamentations and pleas to God in Psalm 109 - the psalm tied to events in late 2009 through 2010 - indicates that this war will lead to both suffering, and great spiritual revival (as witnessed in this psalm of prayer and lamentation) in the land of Israel, and the countries allied to it:

“But you, O Sovereign LORD (Yahweh), deal well with me for your name's sake; out of the goodness of your love, deliver me. For I am poor and needy, and my heart is wounded within me. I fade away like an evening shadow; I am shaken off like a locust. My knees give way from fasting; my body is thin and gaunt.” - Psalm 109:21-24 (NIV)

Psalm 109 also suggests that the resolution of this war may lead to a much greater openness among Jews and Arabs to hear the Gospel, and be saved. Perhaps the miraculous events leading to this short-lived victory of Israel and the West against the Arabs will spur this revival, and the sharing of the Good News of the Kingdom of God with all of Abraham’s descendents through Ishmael and Isaac in preparation for the Rapture, and Great Tribulation:

“Help me, O LORD my God (oh Yahweh my Elohim); save me in accordance with your love. Let them know that it is your hand, that you, O LORD (Yahweh), have done it.” “With my mouth I will greatly extol the LORD (Yahweh); in the great throng I will praise him. For he stands at the right hand of the needy one, to save his life from those who condemn him.” - Psalm 109:26-27, 30-31 (NIV)

Could this worldwide time of peace and revival be the result of a peace treaty between Israel and the Arab world that will be signed with the diplomatic help of a politician who either represents, or will become the Antichrist? Based on other clues in Scripture, this peace treaty will likely allow the Jews to build a new Temple adjacent to the Al-Aqsa Mosque on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. But that, my friend, is another story.
