The Radical Islamic Group called ISIS (or ISIL) - which wishes to establish a new Islamic Caliphate in the Middle East and destroy Israel - has already murdered thousands of Christians and so called "Moderate" Muslims in cold blood. They have done so without much opposition in Syria and Iraq, and they are continuing their slaughter even now with the deaths of 21 Coptic Christians by beheading, and the burning and beheading of untold others that are not being widely reported or publicized. Meanwhile, as the Western powers that be continue to exacerbate the troubles that believers in the Middle East experience daily, many believers that live with far less persecution aka tribulation for their faith still can't see how this might be a fulfillment of Revelation, Chapter 6, verses 9 through 11, when the Fifth Seal is opened by the Lamb of God:
~*~ Revelation 6:9-11 ~ Fifth Seal: The Cry of the Martyrs ~*~
“When He opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for the word of God and for the testimony which they held. 10 And they cried with a loud voice, saying, “How long, O Lord, holy and true, until You judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?” 11 Then a white robe was given to each of them; and it was said to them that they should rest a little while longer, until both the number of their fellow servants and their brethren, who would be killed as they were, was completed.”
Fascinatingly, these verses about the martyrs crying out for justice during the Tribulation number from 9 through 11, evoking a number that recalls one of the most wicked and destructive Radical Islamic attacks ever perpetrated in modern times, when thousands - many of whom were Christians and Jews - died a horrific death as God's Judgment of America began to escalate, and He withdrew His protection and providence.
The Twin Towers of New York City's Trade Center were destroyed when two passenger jet planes crashed into the towers moments apart on the morning of September 11th (or 9-11!), 2001. Though this terrorist attack was not seen in its proper light as a sign of God's Judgment, which is actually a withdrawal of His protection so that calamity may befall unrepentant sinners, that is exactly what it was, and God's abandonment left America wide open for such enemy attacks.
Why haven't many Christian or Messianic religious leaders or followers spoken up about this number connection between the events of 9-11, and these verses 9 through 11 about the MARTYRS in Revelation Chapter 6? How could they fail to notice it? How can they still be so asleep? My bet is that many are still unwilling to let go of the outdated notion of a Pre-Tribulation Rapture in favor of the Pre-Wrath view because they don't want to admit that they were wrong, and that's just utterly sad.
The Bible gives overwhelming evidence that the Wrath of God is poured out at the opening of the Sixth Seal, and that - since the Bride of Christ and the Wise Virgins are not appointed to suffer God's Wrath, but are also not promised deliverance from tribulation - they should be on the Earth until the Sixth Seal is opened. This means that believers live through the first part of the Tribulation, when the first five Seals are opened. In light of this, the shedding of the blood of many martyrs is the LAST SIGN described at the opening of the Fifth Seal, which is before the Sixth Seal that brings on the Wrath of God, the coming Pole Shift, and the Rapture!
In view of the Signs in the Heavens coupled with the many Scriptures that I discussed in my
"Come Up Here!" article about the possibility of Two Raptures - one at Mid-Tribulation (or Pre-Wrath) and one toward the end when the Two Witnesses are raised up - I had the brains, humility and guts to admit that I was wrong about my Pre-Tribulation Rapture views - even though I lost many followers. The many other Church leaders teaching the Pre-Tribulation view ought to repent and admit that there are other views - such as the Mid Tribulation or Pre-Wrath views - that fit the Scriptures about the Harpazo or Rapture just as well or better than the Pre-Tribulation view. But some of them are either too proud, too convinced or too greedy to admit their mistakes, or even to see their mistakes. May Yahweh God have mercy on them, because Yahshua is coming for His Bride at the opening of the Sixth Seal, regardless of what the other teachers are teaching, and regardless of whether or not believers are prepared to face the hardships that they should be expecting, and are already experiencing! Sadly, many are bewildered, and are not prepared to suffer deprivation and persecution due to poor leadership.
The coming Wrath of God will be poured out at the opening of the Sixth Seal because of all the martyr's blood that the world has allowed - and is now allowing - to be shed while they engage in fruitless negotiations with those whose hate and contempt of Liberty, Freedom, America and Israel - and all things Jewish and Christian - cannot be negotiated with!
There are numerous reasons why we should believe that we are already experiencing the affects of the First Five Seal judgments. When studied carefully, the Five Seals have to do with the results of unsaved mankind's inhumanity to man, and we are certainly witnessing a huge increase in murder, abortion, violence, unholiness, uncleanness, unkindness, unrest, hatred, sexual immorality, and unchecked carelessness, lust and greed in today's world.
Rather than God's Wrath, the overall wickedness of the world, and the demonic, murderous intent and destructive tendencies of each unsaved person toward others are the source of these Seal Judgments. In keeping with God's Word, and contrary to popular belief, there is no promise in Scripture that says believers will not experience tribulation. Rather, there are promises that we will not suffer God's Wrath, but we need to learn to patiently bear tribulation with perseverance until He sends Yahshua to rescue us from His Wrath. The following Scriptures suggest that all of this is true:
~*~ Romans 2:5-9 ~ Disobedient Self-Seekers To Suffer God's Wrath ~*~ “But in accordance with your hardness and your impenitent heart you are treasuring up for yourself wrath in the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God, 6 who “will render to each one according to his deeds” 7 eternal life to those who by patient continuance in doing good seek for glory, honor, and immortality; 8 but to those who are self-seeking and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness—indignation and wrath, 9 tribulation and anguish, on every soul of man who does evil, of the Jew first and also of the Greek...”
~*~ Romans 5:1-4 ~ Suffer Tribulation With Perseverance ~*~“Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ (ie Adonai Yahshua Ha Mashiach), 2 through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. 3 And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; 4 and perseverance, character; and character, hope.”
~*~ Romans 5:8-10 ~ Christ Saves Us From God's Wrath ~*~ “But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. 9 Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him. 10 For if when we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life.”
~*~ 1 Thessalonians 5:9-11 ~ Believer's NOT Subject to God's Wrath ~*~ “But let us who are of the day be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love, and as a helmet the hope of salvation. 9 For God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ (ie Adonai Yahshua Ha Mashiach), 10 who died for us, that whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with Him. 11 Therefore comfort each other and edify one another, just as you also are doing.”
~*~ Revelation 6:12-17 ~ Sixth Seal: Wrath of God Poured Out ~*~ “I looked when He opened the sixth seal, and behold, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became like blood. 13 And the stars of heaven fell to the earth, as a fig tree drops its late figs when it is shaken by a mighty wind. 14 Then the sky receded as a scroll when it is rolled up, and every mountain and island was moved out of its place. 15 And the kings of the earth, the great men, the rich men, the commanders, the mighty men, every slave and every free man, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountains, 16 and said to the mountains and rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the face of Him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb! 17 For the great day of His wrath has come, and who is able to stand?””
Since Romans 2:8 and 5:9, and 1 Thessalonians 2:9 make it clear that we are not to suffer God's Wrath, and the last Scripture quote makes it clear that God's Wrath begins to be poured out at the Sixth Seal Judgment, believers need to face the fact that they will - and most certainly already have been - experiencing the tribulation judgments attached to the first Five Seals.
For evidence of this, the Christians being martyred, and the increasing persecution of Christians and Jews - who are now being singled out as dangerous radicals all over the world - are clear signs that the Fifth Seal has been opened. In addition, it is clear that this Seal judgment has nothing to do with God's Wrath, but consists of mankind's inhumanity to man, and the desire of Satan and his demons to exterminate those who love God because they hate the wicked world that Satan has created on Earth.
As a part Assyrian, Messianic Christian, my heart really goes out to all persecuted believers, especially my distant relatives still living in Iran and Iraq. Although we are now experiencing some persecution in the West also, it is still nothing in comparison to what believers in the Middle East, India, Asia, and Africa have had to endure in the past, and still have to suffer. Many believers living in regions where there is a great deal of religious intolerance have been hatefully treated, relentlessly persecuted, and often brutally killed by religious radicals with a demonically-inspired mindset full of unchecked rage and hate, as these images show:

Due to this gruesome reality, I ask that you please pray with me for the safety, courage, and provision of our persecuted brethren all over the world, especially in Northern Africa and the Middle East, where the persecution is at its worst. Also pray for the courage and grace to face persecution and martyrdom for your faith with spiritual dignity and power if it is required of you, and remember to thank Yahshua for promising to return and bring this period of intense persecution associated with Radical Islamists and other religious zealots to a complete end in the very near future.

As we await the Rapture and pray for the protection and deliverance of our persecuted brethren, it's good to remember that Isaiah 27 contains a promise that Yahshua will come again soon and save a remnant of the Assyrian Christians, the Coptic Christians (of Egypt) and other Christians in the Middle East that are being persecuted from destruction:
~*~ Isaiah 27:12-13 (NKJV) ~*~
“And it shall come to pass in that day
That the Lord will thresh,
From the channel of the River to the Brook of Egypt;
And you will be gathered one by one,
O you children of Israel.
So it shall be in that day:
The great trumpet will be blown;
They will come, who are about to perish in the land of Assyria,
And they who are outcasts in the land of Egypt,
And shall worship the Lord in the holy mount at Jerusalem.”
This Scripture is a promise that the persecution of the believers in and from Assyria and Egypt that we are now witnessing and praying about with great compassion and sorrow is a sure sign that the GREAT TRUMP OF THE COMING OF YAHSHUA to save His own from complete destruction is very, very near. It is also clear that the great Trump of God will be blown just before, or just as the Sixth Seal is opened because that is when the Wrath of God is going to be poured out on the wicked hiding in their doomsday bunkers all over the world.
But among those left behind, I also believe that many new believers, as well as formerly apostate and newly repentant believers will rise up at this time, and be sheltered by God until the resurrection of the Two Witnesses, at which time they will be taken to Heaven in a Second Rapture at the sounding of the Seventh and Last Trumpet of the Great Tribulation. At that time, the mystery spoken of in Revelation, Chapter 10 will be fulfilled! Please read my

Revelation 10:7 ~ “but in the days of the sounding of the seventh angel, when he is about to sound, the mystery of God would be finished, as He declared to His servants the prophets.”
This mystery of God is the Wedding of the Lamb in Heaven that will take place after the Second Rapture. At that time, Yahshua will marry His Bride, the Church and unite all Messianic Jews and Christians who love Yahshua together as the One New Man that the Apostle Paul spoke about in
Ephesians, Chapter 2.
Before closing this article, I also want to point out that the allusion to Jerusalem in the above referenced prophecy in Isaiah 27 is most likely referring to the New Jerusalem in Heaven, where all the saints will be gathered for the Wedding of the Lamb. Hallelu-Yah for that! I'm looking forward to that day with great anticipation, as are countless millions of believers all over the world. One day soon, we will be caught up to heaven in the Rapture and gathered together to celebrate our salvation in the presence of our beloved King and Bridegroom Yahshua, and what a glorious moment that will be!
