In the Bible, the only place where a special class of angelic beings called the Watchers are mentioned by name is in Chapter Four of the Book of Daniel:
Daniel 4:13, 17, 23 - “I saw in the visions of my head while on my bed, and there was a watcher, a holy one, coming down from heaven.” -- 17 “This decision is by the decree of the watchers, And the sentence by the word of the holy ones, In order that the living may know that the Most High rules in the kingdom of men, gives it to whomever He will, and sets over it the lowest of men.” -- 23 “And inasmuch as the king saw a watcher, a holy one, coming down from heaven and saying, ‘Chop down the tree and destroy it, but leave its stump and roots in the earth, bound with a band of iron and bronze in the tender grass of the field; let it be wet with the dew of heaven, and let him graze with the beasts of the field, till seven times pass over him…”
There are myriads of angels, but there are hints in the Book of 1 Enoch and other extra-biblical writings that God gave less than a thousand angels special positions on the Earth as Watchers. The Watchers were given their primary jurisdiction as guardians over the Earth and God’s human children long before Noah’s Flood. Unfortunately, according to the Book of 1 Enoch, a group of 200 of these angels were led by a Watcher named Semyaza to corrupt humanity still further, and this may have been one third of their number. Thus, it may have been that one third of the total number of Watchers followed the wicked ways of the once glorious archangel Azazel, whose fall into sin likely gave him the infamous titles “Satan” or “Lucifer”. If so, Azazel possessed the serpent that tempted Eve to rebel against Yahweh God by eating the forbidden fruit of the knowledge of good and evil. Through her disobedience, all humanity is now tainted with the Original Sin and all fall short of the glory of Yahweh God through their rebellion against His perfect Will and Law.
Still later, the Book of 1 Enoch explains that Azazel was the main instigator among the Fallen Angels in teaching every vice and evil to mankind by brainwashing the human females they beguiled with flattery, sensual accessories, and sexual enticements. As a direct proof of this, the goat that signifies Satan, which is led into the wilderness to die on the Day of Atonement, was called the Azazel goat or scapegoat three times in Leviticus Chapter 16, where "the scapegoat" actually says "Azazel" in the Hebrew (see
Lev. 16:8,
Lev. 16:10, and
Lev. 16:26).
According to the Book of 1 Enoch, the Archangel Azazel and the Watcher angels that fell sinned by taking human wives. In Ginzberg's "Legends of the Jews", which are legends excerpted from the Jewish Midrash, or recorded oral traditions of the Jews, it is suggested that Semyaza and the other Fallen Angels actually followed Azazel’s lead when he married Naamah, the daughter of Lamech the Cainite
The result of the sexual unions of the Fallen Angels with human women was a hybrid race of beings called the Nephilim, who were evil to the core and hated humanity. In fact, the Book of 1 Enoch makes it clear that - by describing how the Nephilim not only killed but ate people as food - the Nephilim saw all pure human beings as a rival race that needed to serve them or be exterminated. They also were on a mission to corrupt the humans that submitted to them as their superiors, or saw them as gods with their Nephilim blood in an effort to destroy the bloodline that would lead to the birth of the Jewish Messiah Yahshua, who is the Savior to all people that believe in Him by faith.
Sadly, it was the violence that resulted as the war between the Nephilim and mankind escalated that caused God to exterminate most of the living beings on the Earth in the Great Flood. Before the Flood, God only allowed Noah and his sons and their wives to find a safe haven in the Ark - along with a select group of untainted animals - because they were among the only human beings and animals left alive that had not been tainted with Nephilim blood. Thankfully, however, several hundred of the Watcher angels never fell, and therefore have stayed loyal to Yahweh God.
Among these loyal and holy Watchers, four of them were, and still are considered greater than any of the others. These loyal angels can be associated with the four corners and winds of the Earth that are mentioned in the Bible:
“He will set up a banner for the nations, and will assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth.” - Isaiah 11:12
“Then He said to me, ‘Prophesy to the breath, prophesy, son of man, and say to the breath, “Thus says the Lord GOD: ‘Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe on these slain, that they may live.’” - Ezekiel 37:9
“And He will send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.”- Matthew 24:31
“I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, on the sea, or on any tree.” - Rev. 7:1
The four Watchers or angels that govern the four corners and winds of the Earth are named in the Book of 1 Enoch as Michael, Raphael, Gabriel, and Phanuel:
1 Enoch 40:8-11 ~ “After that I asked the angel of peace who went with me, who showed me everything that is hidden: ‘Who are these four presences which I have seen and whose words I have heard and written down?’ And he said to me: ‘This first is Michael, the merciful and long-suffering: and the second, who is set over all the diseases and all the wounds of the children of men, is Raphael: and the third, who is set over all the powers, is Gabriel: and the fourth, who is set over the repentance unto hope of those who inherit eternal life is named Phanuel’ And these are the four angels of the Lord of Spirits and the four voices I heard in those days.”
These four angels may be the spirits that are directing four heavenly chariots in a vision given to the prophet Zechariah:
Zechariah 6:1-5 ~ “Then I turned and raised my eyes and looked, and behold, four chariots were coming from between two mountains, and the mountains were mountains of bronze. With the first chariot were red horses, with the second chariot black horses, with the third chariot white horses, and with the fourth chariot dappled horses—strong steeds. Then I answered and said to the angel who talked with me, ‘What are these, my lord?’ And the angel answered and said to me, ‘These are four spirits of heaven, who go out from their station before the Lord of all the earth.’”
Intriguingly, the four spirits of heaven identified by Zechariah bear a resemblance to the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. However, the four chariots of Zechariah’s vision are being driven by invisible hands and more than one horse is pulling each chariot. This makes it unlikely that the Four Horsemen associated with the first Four Seal Judgments in the Book of Revelation are the same as the four spirits directing the chariots in Zechariah’s vision. However, it is possible that the Four Horsemen are subordinate angels under the direction of one of the four spirits or Watchers that are concerned with humanity.
Because the four Watcher angels mentioned in the Book of 1 Enoch deal with the affairs of mankind, they may be the leaders in charge of the angels that the Bible indicates will gather the elect from the four winds or corners of the Earth as part of the First Resurrection:
Matthew 24:30-31 ~ “Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And He will send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.”
Note that the Sign of the Son of Man will appear when the angels of the four winds or directions go to gather God’s people. Therefore, this passage of Matthew may not be a reference to Yahshua’s Second Coming to do battle on the Earth at Armageddon or the Valley of Megiddo at all. Rather, it may depict what will happen when Yahshua and His angels appear in the heavens at the Rapture to gather His elect saints that are to become His Bride.
In relation to the four angels that govern the four corners of the Earth, the ancient Persians recognized four bright stars as “Royal Stars” or “Watcher Stars.” Since the myriads of stars in the Universe are allegorically connected to the souls of angels and human beings, it seems logical that the four Watcher angels that govern the four corners and winds of the Earth and watch over the affairs of mankind would also be associated with these Watcher Stars.
Following are lists of the four Watcher Stars with their modern and ancient Persian names, Zodiac Signs and association with the quarterly division of the Solar Year in various epochs. The first epoch would have been at the beginning of Creation, when the Spring Equinox was likely in the Zodiac sign of Leo:
Circa 10,500 BC, the Age of Leo:
1. Regulus (Venant - Watcher of the East) LEO - Vernal or Spring Equinox
2. Antares (Satevis - Watcher of the South) SCORPIO - Summer Solstice
3. Fomalhaut (Haftorang - Watcher of the West) AQUARIUS - Autumnal Equinox
4. Aldebaran (Tascheter - Watcher of the North) TAURUS - Winter Solstice
The Watcher Stars appear in the four Cardinal Zodiac Signs that marked each of the four quarters of the heavens and seasons of the year at the beginning of the six 1,000-year long Great Days that God utilized to create the world and Universe as we know it. These Cardinal Zodiac Signs would have housed the Sun on the equinoxes and solstices for 2,160 years, or from approximately 10,500 BC to 8,300 BC. Then the Solar Equinoxes and Solstices would have moved through two more 2,160-year Ages into neighboring signs until around 4150 BC, which was just before the time of the creation of Adam and Eve.
At that time, Taurus the Bull was the Zodiac Sign that the Spring Equinox appeared in. For this reason, the same signs that appeared in the Equinox and Solstice positions at the dawn of time were performing the same function but in a different order, as follows:
Circa 4150 BC, the Age of Taurus:
1. Aldebaran (Tascheter - Watcher of the East) TAURUS - Vernal or Spring Equinox
2. Regulus (Venant - Watcher of the South) LEO - Summer Solstice
3. Antares (Satevis - Watcher of the West) SCORPIO - Autumnal Equinox
4. Fomalhaut (Haftorang - Watcher of the North) AQUARIUS - Winter Solstice
Since then, 6000 years of human history have passed, and we are now entering a special cosmic time when the same four Zodiac Signs that governed the equinoxes and solstices at the dawn of time are doing so again. But this time, it is in reverse of their positions at the moment when God began His act of Creation, with the Zodiac Sign of Leo governing the Autumn Equinox rather than the Spring Equinox:
Circa 2000 AD, the Age of Aquarius:
1. Fomalhaut (Haftorang - Watcher of the East) AQUARIUS - Vernal or Spring Equinox
2. Aldebaran (Tascheter - Watcher of the South) TAURUS - Summer Solstice
3. Regulus (Venant - Watcher of the West) LEO - Autumnal Equinox
4. Antares (Satevis - Watcher of the North) SCORPIO - Winter Solstice
If time were able to go on as it is, the Spring Equinox would occur in the sign of Aquarius for the next Precessional epoch of 2160 years. However, since a New Heaven and New Earth are to be created after Yahshua’s Millennial Rule, the Precessional Age of Aquarius may never have an opportunity to be completed. This is because the star patterns in the constellations that we see today will likely look different after they are recreated in the New Heaven.
The Cardinal Signs Forming A Heavenly Cross:

The four Cardinal Signs associated with the four Watcher Stars are allegorically signified by the four faces of Ezekiel’s Cherubim and the four Living Creatures in the Book of Revelation that occupy positions of great importance as guardians that surround God’s Throne in Heaven. The face of the man refers to Aquarius the Water-Bearer, the face of the bull signifies Taurus the Bull, the face of the Lion signifies Leo the Lion, and the face of the Eagle signifies Scorpio since the eagle is the replacement for the serpent and scorpion seen in Scorpio and its decan Ophiuchus.

Since the faces of the Cherubim are connected to four Zodiac Signs and Watcher Stars that represent the four corners of the heavens, the Cherubim themselves signify all of God’s Creation throughout the vast expanses of the Universe and throughout all time. In addition, all four of the Cardinal Signs that are connected to the four faces of the Cherubim are deeply related to Yahshua’s work of Redemption, Salvation and Grace. This can be seen in the following brief descriptions of these four signs:

1. AQUARIUS the Water-Bearer: Signifies both God’s destruction of the antediluvian world by the waters of the Flood as well as Yahshua’s Outpouring of the Holy Spirit after His Resurrection and Ascension into Heaven. Those not baptized by Yahshua’s Spirit face another destructive judgment in the Tribulation that will be far worse than the Great Flood due to the prolonged suffering and agony it will cause.

Originally connected to the Tribe of Reuben, the constellation Aquarius is now the symbol for the Half Tribe of Ephraim descended from Joseph. Aquarius is also an apt symbol for the Bride of Christ who is indwelled by and washed clean through the Holy Spirit, while Taurus now partly signifies the Tribe of Reuben and Reuben’s rebellious streak.
2. TAURUS the Bull - Signifies ALL the sins of rebellion against God that Yahshua’s body carried to the Cross and that He fully paid for with His blood. This sign also signifies God’s blessing upon the Gentiles through the Tribe of Joseph, whose Egyptian (Gentile) wife Asenath signified a prefiguration of the Gentile Bride of Christ, while Joseph was a prefiguration of Yahshua.

Despised by his brothers, beaten, thrown into a pit to die, and then sold into slavery, Joseph eventually rose to become second in command to the Pharaoh of Egypt and a savior to the people of Egypt and many surrounding nations during a severe famine. During that famine, Joseph’s stores of grain provided enough bread to feed millions for seven years. Likewise, Yahshua was despised by his Jewish brethren, beaten, and killed, only to rise from the dead and become the right hand of His Father in Heaven and the Savior of all those who eat the bread and drink in the life found in His Word.
When Jacob’s eldest son Reuben sinned, he lost his birthright as the firstborn to Jacob’s despised wife Leah and this honor was given instead to Joseph, the firstborn of Jacob’s beloved wife Rachel. Therefore, Taurus has taken on a sinister air through its association with Jacob’s rebellious son Reuben. Likewise, the two horns of Taurus that signify the two half tribes of Joseph called Ephraim and Manasseh can also signify the rebellion of Reuben.
In my books, I show how the right horn of Taurus signifies the Tribe of Ephraim. This right horn touches Orion’s sword and the feet of Gemini signifying God’s New Covenant of Marriage with mankind through Christ, while the left horn signifying Manasseh is connected to the star signifying the Goatherd Auriga’s foot. Therefore, as it is used in Bible Prophecy, the Tribal name of “Ephraim” likely symbolizes born-again people who will become the Bride of Christ, while the left horn tied to the Tribe of Manasseh and Auriga the Goatherd signifies rebellious goats and apostates like Jacob’s son Reuben.
3. LEO the Lion: Signifies Yahshua as the King of the Universe in His act of Creation for His Father. This is likely why Leo appears to have been the sign that the Spring Equinox was first seen in at the beginning of time. Leo also signifies the Lion of the Tribe of Judah and the Davidic line of Kings that ultimately led to the bloodline of Yahshua the Messiah, the King of kings who will one day reign and rule forever from the New Jerusalem on the New Earth.

The “Messiah planet” and the largest planet in our Solar System named Jupiter was in conjunction with Regulus, the brightest star in the sign of Leo when Yahshua was about to be born in September of 3 BC. This star marks the front paws of the lion and the end of the handle of a big sickle shape that the stars forming the Lion’s head make in the heavens. This sickle shape is no accident, for Leo is the sign signifying Yahshua coming as King of kings and Lord of lords to execute God’s judgment on the wicked. As such, He will lead God’s armies at the Battle of Armageddon, which marks the great bloody harvest of the wicked at the end of the Great Tribulation.
Leo the Lion also signifies a proud Lion at rest, signifying Yahshua’s Sabbath rest and the world peace that will be ushered in during His Millennial Reign that will last until its end. At the end of the Millennium, however, there will be one more rebellion against God. At that time the wicked will be destroyed by fire coming down from Heaven that will cleanse the entire surface of this corruptible world and transform it into a New incorruptible Earth floating in a New and incorruptible Heaven. Hallelu-Yah for that day! Even so, Come Adonai Yahshua!
4. SCORPIO the Scorpion and OPHIUCHUS the Serpent-Holder: Ophiuchus virtually replaces Scorpio in the Zodiac, and for good reason, since Scorpio signifies the evil of the Serpent called Satan that Yahshua crushed under His feet on Calvary. Yahshua’s triumph over Satan is signified by the Strong Man called Ophiuchus, who is trampling the Scorpion under His feet and wrestling with the Serpent-seed or followers of Satan in the symbol of Serpens the Serpent that is being held at bay in Ophiuchus’ strong arms.

Ophiuchus signifies what Yahshua’s death on the Cross for our sins accomplished. When Yahshua took on the image of the Serpent of Rebellion to allow us to be covered by His perfect righteousness, all those who accept His sacrifice become victorious over the schemes of the Devil to destroy us. Though the true meaning of this sign was terribly corrupted by the ancient Pagans, they still recognized part of the truth by seeing Ophiuchus as the god of healing, who was also called Asclepius. In fact, the Greek name Ophiuchus is a variation of the name Asclepius.
As an allusion to Yahshua as the Great Physician, Ophiuchus signifies how those who are dead and corrupted by sin can achieve perfection and everlasting life. All they must do to win this great gift of God is believe in Yahshua’s divinity and perfection and faithfully proclaim that His death on the Cross and Resurrection from the dead are the only sure cure for every human failing, sickness, disease, and sin that ever plagued the world.
The Tribe of Dan was aptly connected to the sign of Scorpio since this was the tribe that led many in the Northern Kingdom of Israel into sin and rebellion against Yahweh. They did this by building a rival temple to the one in Jerusalem that featured an idolatrous calf image that sacrifices were made to by a non-Levite priesthood. Anyone who does what the Danites did by leading others to rebel against the one true God will perish.
Representatives of the Tribe of Dan survive to this day, and there is a strong tradition that the Antichrist will be descended from the Tribe of Dan since this tribe is not mentioned among those Israelites chosen to serve as the 144,000 during the Tribulation. Nonetheless, according to the prophet Ezekiel, those descended from Dan are the first to be named in the tribal land allotment that will be made in Israel when Yahshua rules from there, and the Tribe of Dan will also have a city gate named after it (Ezekiel 48:1, 32).

http://pillar-of-enoch.com), Scorpio is destined to be replaced in the heavens by the Eagle symbol now associated with the constellation called Aquila the Eagle. Aquila the high-flying Eagle is situated on the band of the Milky Way running through the night sky. The Milky Way is filled with many more stars and nebulas than the rest of the night sky and this makes it a breath-taking symbol for the spiritual path of the righteous.
Aquila is a decan of the Zodiac Sign Capricorn the Goat-Fish, and it can be seen flying above the head of Sagittarius the Archer. There is little doubt that Capricorn has always been meant to signify Noah and his family as the lively school of fish that survived the world-wide Great Flood while the wicked goats of their day perished in the deluge. Meanwhile, Aquila signifies the righteous acts of the saints. It is interesting to note that, if Aquila’s flight path is seen as the path of the Milky Way, then Aquila’s flight would take it through the body of the Scorpion below Ophiuchus’ feet.
Often depicted with an arrow in its talons, the Eagle called Aquila is seen as wounded in one wing by Sagitta the Arrow, another constellation above Sagittarius and in the band of the Milky Way. Despite his debilitating wound, Aquila is often depicted as aiding Sagittarius by using one of the Archer’s arrows to deal a death blow to Scorpio the Scorpion. This Eagle is also a symbol for the United States, and the mythology surrounding Aquila therefore applies to this nation. Fascinatingly, as shown in my book “The Language of God in Prophecy”, Sagittarius is symbolically connected to the Rider on the White Horse in the Book of Revelation. Furthermore, as shown in my book “The Language of God in History”, both Capricorn and Sagittarius are allegorically connected to the Western United States.
In my opinion, Revelation’s Rider on the White Horse has been badly misinterpreted as a symbol for the Antichrist, when it may in fact signify the forceful preaching of the Gospel in the first half of the Tribulation, which I now believe already started as of 2008 per my complimentary article “The Four Horsemen Have Been Released!” that was published at the same time as this one. After the First Rapture, which should happen just before (or as) the Sixth Seal is opened, there will be 144,000 chosen Israelites and the Two Witnesses on the Earth to spread the Gospel during this terrible time of Jacob’s Trouble. It is likely that the 144,000 and Two Witnesses will work tirelessly together to advance the Kingdom of God in the hearts of the lost before the people who are perishing take the Mark of the Beast and thereby forever lose any last chance at redemption or everlasting life.
Referring back to Ophiuchus and Aquila, the symbol of both the rattlesnake and the eagle are deeply connected to the iconography of the United States. This is no accident, but rather signifies God’s great purpose and plan for America. No matter how badly the wicked Serpent called Satan has attempted to ruin this great nation, the Eagles born within the democratic Christian way of life that the United States stands for have continually risen up to strike against the wicked.
In addition to - and perhaps inspired by - those in North America and Australia who refuse to be silent about their faith in Christ, similar Eagles have been rising up among groups of believers in every nation on Earth. Together with their American brethren, these Eagles may be wounded by a world that hates them, but they still manage to triumph over their serpent-like human enemies and demons through the power given to them by their Adonai Yahshua Ha Mashiach (i.e. Lord Jesus the Christ).
As a symbol of good triumphing over evil, it is interesting to note that Ophiuchus is now connected to the Winter Solstice, and the winter season allegorically represents the destruction of the wicked and purification of the Earth in preparation for new life. Like Ophiuchus/Scorpio, the other Cardinal Signs of the Aquarian Age are also associated with the Four Seasons that begin at the equinoxes and solstices and each have their own special meaning. In their order from spring through winter, the Four Seasons allegorically signify the following:

1. SPRING: signifies the perpetual newness and abundance of life that Adam and Eve first experienced in the Garden of Eden, a Paradise that will one day be given to all those who love Yahshua. In the spring, the actions of rain and warmer temperatures bring a renewal or rebirth of life after the death caused by the cold and frost of winter. Likewise, spring signifies the renewal of our lives and spirits through God’s Word as we exist in this material world but are not a spiritual part of it. Spring also represents the colorful variety and bright abundance of the spiritual life to come for all those who have entered into the Kingdom of God through belief in Yahshua.

2. SUMMER represents the full blossoming of God’s gift of life and a symbol of the material abundance and spiritual growth and maturity that can be had in the life to come by all the followers of Christ that can be found in this present Age, and all past and future ages. Summer is the time when fruit and vegetables grow and ripen in the Sun in preparation for the autumn harvests. Likewise, summer signifies the reproduction and growth of the good fruit planted by the people of God in the hearts of their fellow human beings, which will reap a harvest unto righteousness, blessing and abundance in the life to come.

3. AUTUMN signifies the time for harvesting the fruit and grain planted in the spring and early summer. During the harvest season, the good fruit and grain is separated from the rotten fruit and the chaff. After this, the good fruit and grain is brought into storehouses for safekeeping and eventual redistribution to various groups of people to feed their families. Likewise, the Kingdom of God can be seen as a storehouse of the righteous that are allegorically represented by good fruit and grain. In addition, God will reap several harvests of the faithful that are destined for Glory with Christ and everlasting life.
However, just as grapes were the last crop to mature and be harvested in Israel, God is also going to reap a final harvest of the wicked that are pictured as clusters of ripe grapes that will be thrown into the winepress of God’s wrath (Revelation 14:18-20). This gory scene in the Book of Revelation is a vivid reminder that the result of sin and rebellion against God that causes hate, evil and bloodshed will reap the same curse for those who practice wickedness.
The orange, yellow, brown and red hues of autumn leaves signify the wicked dead that will be found among all four people groups on the Earth today that are denoted as brown, yellow, red and white skinned. Each fall, the dying leaves of the trees are meant to remind all those who see them that there will one day be many dead people from all four human racial groups that died because of their unrepentant sin and rebellion against the one true God. Ultimately, therefore, the colors of the leaves in the autumn signify the final death toll and destruction by the all consuming fire that God plans to send upon the world at the end of Christ’s Millennial Rule, as well as the fire and brimstone of the Lake of Fire.

4. WINTER symbolizes the price that we all pay for our sin and rebellion against God that is found in physical death. The harshness of the heavy rains and ice and snow of winter signifies the cold brutality of the suffering and death caused by unrepentant sin. As such, the cold harshness of winter is a fitting reminder that all life must eventually come to an end and there is only one way for humanity to escape the finality of death.
Like the evergreens that stay green all winter long while the other trees are brown and bare, winter also signifies the promise of everlasting life. This side of winter is analogous to what happens to believers in the little death of baptism. Besides signifying death to the world, baptism signifies the complete washing away of sins that all true believers in Yahshua experience when they enter the Kingdom of God. Thus the beauty that can be seen in the rains that wash away and the sparkling white snow and delicate lacey frost of winter signifies the purity of the Lamb’s Bride and her preparation in separation from the world for her future role as the wife and Queen of Yahshua Ha Mashiach, her Husband and the King of kings.
Like the pure white garment edged with lace that a bride wears on her wedding day, much of the world is blanketed with snow and frost during the winter in a silent call to God and a reminder of His promise for the world’s renewal and rebirth in the New Heaven and New Earth.

When one becomes aware of the allegorical roles of the Four Seasons and the Four Cardinal Signs and their connection to the four spirits or Cherubim surrounding the Throne of God and the four Watcher Angels of God, it is no accident that the four Zodiac Signs governing the Earth’s seasons form a giant cross in the heavens.
It is also no wonder why the symbol of a cross has fittingly become a symbol for all the true believers in Yahshua. After all, Yahshua’s selfless work at Golgotha was done upon a crude wooden cross. There, the blood of the Son of God was poured out and His body and blood became the perfect atoning sacrifice for the remission of all mankind’s sins.
