In part 1 of this article series, we explored the possibility that Mary Magdalene and Mary of Bethany may have been the same person, and that this Mary - who was a dedicated disciple of Yahshua in His role as the Messiah of Israel - was also seen as the wife of Christ in occult circles. Although this occult view of Mary Magdalene does not agree with Scripture, Mary's virtue upon her salvation is never questioned in any of the Gospels. In fact, she is portrayed as a very devoted disciple of Yahshua. I expounded upon this fact in another short excerpt from my book on prophecy. In it, I had this to say about the character of Mary Magdalene as revealed in Scripture:

Excerpt from Chapter 10 of “The Language of God in Prophecy”:
“As already mentioned, two of the Gospels tell us that Yahshua cast seven demons out of Mary Magdalene (Mark 16:9; Luke 8:1-2). Since demons only plague people who have not repented of sin, and who have not sought protection from Yahweh, this implies that Mary Magdalene had sinned grievously in some way. However, the Bible never states that Mary Magdalene was a prostitute. On the contrary, the Gospels tell us that - though she had sinned - Mary was delivered from demon possession, and became a devoted disciple of Christ. She therefore was a reformed, repentant, and forgiven sinner.

Mary Magdalene‘s devotion to and love for Yahshua was so great that she was there at the foot of the Cross when the other apostles and disciples had already abandoned Him (Mark 15:39-41). Mary Magdalene was also blessed with being the first person to see Yahshua in His resurrected body (See Matt. 28:1, Mark 16:9-11, John 20:11-18). Furthermore, we are told that Mary Magdalene was so deeply moved by this experience that she worshiped Yahshua at His feet. But later, when Mary excitedly told the apostles that she had seen the risen Christ, they doubted her word (Mark 16:9-11).”

Despite the clear teaching of Scripture, there are scholars who ignore these passages about Mary’s faith in, and devotion to Yahshua as an incredibly learned Rabbi, as well as the true King and Messiah of Israel. They ignore her devotion to Yahshua's ministry in an effort to not only undermine the Christian faith, but to mislead people who are not well-versed in Biblical teachings into thinking their Messiah may not return from Heaven just as He said that He would, but through reincarnation via birth into a royal family bloodline connected to both King David and Yahshua. They do so by citing the unbiblical idea that Mary was the wife of Yahshua, and that she had at least one child by Him that survived and continued Christ's royal bloodline.

Detractors of traditional Christian beliefs like to cite old legends that say Mary Magdalene and Mary, the mother of Yahshua left Judea before the city of Jerusalem fell to the Romans. According to legend, they were taken first to Spain or France by Joseph of Arimathea. Later, all three of them are supposed to have eventually settled in ancient Britain, where the supposed child or children of Mary Magdalene and Yahshua were married into one or more of the existing royal families in Ireland and Scotland.

This is why the United Kingdom is the home to so many stories of King Arthur and his connection to the Holy Grail, which is a veiled reference to the bloodline of Yahshua. In my book "The Language of God in History", I revealed that King Arthur is also a veiled reference to Moses, the Sword Excalibur is connected to the Staff of Yahweh that Moses used to perform miracles, Camelot is a reference to the Kingdom of Israel under King Solomon, and the Holy Grail is not an actual Cup or Chalice that Yahshua used at the Last Supper, but a veiled reference to His literal bloodline. I discovered these connections when comparing stories in the Book of Jasher or Upright Record with Bible stories, various Arthurian Legends, and the legends concerning Mary Magdalene.

In legend, Mary’s womb - and by extension any child fathered by Yahshua in that womb - was symbolically pictured as the Chalice or Cup that held the symbolic blood of the Lamb of God that Yahshua offered to His Apostles at the Last Supper. Symbolically, this Grail Cup or Chalice not only signified Yahshua's cleansing blood, but the child or children from Mary’s womb that Yahshua supposedly fathered. To some people who don't understand how the blood of Christ allows all who believe in Him as the Messiah and Son of God the opportunity to be seen as His blood kin, the children of Mary were considered to be the Holy Grail, or righteous “Seed of the Woman” that was destined to rise up and vanquish Satan’s evil seed, or wicked followers. This connection was made via the Messianic Prophecy in Genesis 3:15, which speaks of the Seed of the Woman who was Eve vanquishing the coming seed or offspring of the Devil:

 “And I will put enmity

Between you and the woman,

And between your seed and her Seed;

He shall bruise your head,

And you shall bruise His heel.”

Of course, advanced Bible students know that the Seed of the Woman was referring to Yahshua or Jesus, and that He vanquished the Devil and his wicked seed forever on the Cross by reversing the penalty for sin for all who believe in His saving blood sacrifice. In this way, Yahshua opened the way for mankind to commune with their Heavenly Father God without the need for any Mediator or High Priest but Yahshua, who cut the New Covenant on the Cross with His blood. Thus, the occult view of Mary Magdalene as the wife of Christ and the owner of the Holy Grail or womb that carried Yahshua's children paints her as an antichrist, and as the false source of the Seed of the Woman or royal bloodline of Christ, which is the basis of the Merovingian heresy.

The reason I say emphatically that the Holy Grail stories connecting Mary Magdalene to the bloodline of Christ are heresy is because the New Testament makes it clear that the true bloodline of Yahshua is based on SPIRITUAL REBIRTH via a special baptism of the Holy Spirit, which is what I will absolutely prove in Part 3 of this article series. For now, however, I want to focus on why Mary of Bethany may have been called Mary Magdalene in certain Gospel stories to hide her identity, who the Merovingians were, where their kingdom was located, and why the Merovingian kings are cited as being directly descended from Christ through Mary Magdalene.

Nonetheless, there are veiled Biblical clues that Mary of Bethany in her role as Mary Magdalene was married to Yahshua, and these veiled references need to be addressed. In that regard, though Mary of Bethany is supposedly depicted as an unmarried maiden that still lived with her family in the Gospels - there are clues in the account of the raising of her brother Lazarus that Mary was acting as a wife would in her behavior towards Yahshua. This is found in the fact that she would not come out of the house and greet Yahshua as Martha already had until Yahshua specifically asked for her to come out. This is in keeping with the proper behavior of an Israelite woman toward her husband at that time in history:

John 11:20-22; 28-30 ~ “Then Martha, as soon as she heard that Jesus was coming, went and met Him, but Mary was sitting in the house. 21 Now Martha said to Jesus, “Lord, if You had been here, my brother would not have died. 22 But even now I know that whatever You ask of God, God will give You...” ~ 28 And when she had said these things, she went her way and secretly called Mary her sister, saying, “The Teacher has come and is calling for you.” 29 As soon as she heard that, she arose quickly and came to Him. 30 Now Jesus had not yet come into the town, but was in the place where Martha met Him.”

Even to someone unfamiliar with Israelite customs in the First Century AD, it is obvious from this section of the Gospel of John, Chapter 11 that Mary is acting very differently from Martha in her behavior toward Yahshua. In addition, according to historical records, Mary's behavior is consistent with the actions of a devoted and obedient Israelite wife who was sitting in mourning for her brother inside her home, and was awaiting the arrival and summons from her husband before she went outside to greet him. Although this is only circumstantial evidence, it does suggest that Mary's relationship with Yahshua was very different than Martha's relationship to Him.

A Fanciful Depiction of Yahshua's friendship with Martha and Mary of Bethany

Like Mary of Bethany, Mary Magdalene seems to have been a part of Yahshua's band of apostles and disciples from early on in His ministry. But according to Israelite customs back then, only married women who had received permission from their husbands, or widows accompanied by a male relative would have been allowed to travel freely about with them, or to publicly visit with a large group of unrelated men. The fact that the Gospels hint that both Mary Magdalene and Mary of Bethany loved Yahshua and supported His ministry, and their behavior was consistent with married Israelite women of that time period is another clear link between the two, and this reinforces the supposition that they may have been the same woman.

These veiled references to marriage suggest the possibility that Mary of Bethany, who may have been called "Magdalene" or "Strong Tower" as a reference to her faith in Yahshua, was actually married to Yahshua, the Rabbi from Galilee, Who rightfully claimed to be the Messiah and King of Israel. If so, we can rightly assume that her true identity would have had to be obscured for her future safety. This conclusion leads me to ask the following questions:

Could it be that Mary of Bethany was called Mary Magdalene because she was Yahshua's earthly wife, and her true identity was deliberately being hidden in order not to detract from her husband's initial mission as the Messiah and Savior of Israel? Could it be that - due to the Hebrew meaning of Migdal as "Strong Tower", from which "Magdalene" is derived - Mary Magdalene was meant to symbolize the future Bride of Christ that will withstand all the attacks of the Devil to destroy her, and that she will forever dwell with God in the New Jerusalem one day? Or could it be that Mary Magdalene was simply used as a convenient smokescreen to promote the biggest historical distortion and heresy of ancient times?

Personally, I believe that Mary Magdalene was indeed Mary of Bethany, that she was meant to represent the future spiritually reborn and sanctified Bride of Christ, and that Yahshua's spiritual Bride made up of all of His disciples functions as the Strong Tower or Temple that stands against Lucifer's onslaughts until Yahshua returns to vanquish Lucifer's control of this world. When Yahshua does return, which could be very soon in the Rapture, He will set up His own Kingdom full of Righteousness and Justice. So whether or not Mary was actually married to Yahshua really doesn't matter on a spiritual level since He promised to return from Heaven, and not as a mortal child.

But if Mary of Bethany and Mary Magdalene were designations for one woman who was married to Yahshua, she may have given birth to one or more of Yahshua's children before He died on the Cross, and was resurrected into everlasting life. Furthermore, if she did bear children fathered by Yahshua, there could be a literal royal bloodline that is connected to Christ on the Earth today that has been carefully hidden and protected so that it would not be wiped out. But, as I will show in Part 3 of this article series, any royal bloodline that can literally be tied to Christ can serve no holy purpose because Yahshua did not view blood-related people as His actual relations, but only those who love and follow Yahweh Elohim, seek to do His Will, and believe that Yahshua is His one and only divine Son and Savior of the Universe.

Due to the fact that Yahshua was no respecter of literal bloodlines, but only spiritual ones where people are united by their faith, it is highly likely that He would have condemned anyone that claimed to be His literal blood heirs, and His rightful replacements as leaders of His Church or Bride. But there are many scholars that claim that there is a literal bloodline of Christ that can be traced to the Merovingian Kingdom that flourished for 300 years in Europe in the Dark Ages, from 450 AD to 751 AD. So, for the purpose of examining this belief that the Merovingian Kings were Yahshua's descendants as the unbiblical heresy that it is, I'd like to relay some historical facts about the Merovingians and their kingdom.

As shown in the darker green areas of the map above, the Merovingian Frankish royal family line ruled over a large kingdom that included almost all of ancient Gaul (France and Belgium combined) and Germany during the Dark Ages, and this is a sizable chunk of the land called Europe today. Legends say that this royal line hid the fact that they felt that they had a divine right to rule as the purported offspring of children fathered by Yahshua because they were afraid of being killed by the armies loyal to the Popes in Rome. They were also purported to live as Nazirites did, not cutting their hair or imbibing in wine or unclean foods (See Numbers 6:1-21 for the Biblical rules regarding Nazirites). This behavior is consistent with that of the supernaturally powerful Nazirite known as Samson in the Bible's Book of Judges (See Judges Chapters 13 through 16 for the full story of Samson). What is not readily known about Samson is that he was from the Tribe of Dan, and there are many veiled clues in Scripture that the Antichrist will be connected to the Tribe of Dan in some way.

Curiously, the Merovingian King Symbol is very similar to the square and compass
symbol of the Freemasons, and both resemble the interlocking triangles of the Star of David.

A bee is transformed into a fleur de lis

Intriguingly, it is also known that the Merovingian Kings decorated their robes and clothing with golden bees, and that the fleur de lis symbol was not just a possible symbolic reference to a divine trinity, but a stylized bee symbol (see the illustrations above and within this paragraph). It is believed that this practice of associating bees with royalty was begun by the royalty in Ancient Egypt, and examples of golden bees have been found in Egyptian tombs. Later, it also became a royal practice in Europe that was also used by the Pope in Rome. Eventually, the use of golden bees as a sign of authority was even used by Napoleon Bonaparte, who was a type of antichrist. Even more fascinating is the fact that the use of these golden bees to mark royalty may actually be tied to the story of Samson's killing of an attacking lion. In Judges Chapter 14, we read that Samson killed this raging lion by tearing it apart with his bare hands. It's interesting to note here that the Bible verses about the lion's demise tie the lion to a young goat, and goats are symbolic of wayward, sinful people that never repent, and therefore perish. After the lion was torn apart, we are told that a beehive grew in the lion's carcass after some time had passed, and Samson discovered this when he was going to the grape vineyards at Timnah to retrieve his betrothed, who was a Philistine woman.

As the Bible tells us, Samson was known for his feats of supernatural strength as the protector of Israel from their sworn enemies the Philistines. But Samson did some unrighteous things during his time as a strong man, including marrying this Philistine woman that worshiped pagan gods, and who was therefore an offense to the God of Israel. Now, the Bible story says that Samson was unknowingly doing God's Will in selecting a Philistine woman as a wife. But God doesn't lead any of us into temptation to do His Will. Instead, God allows Satan to tempt us. So Samson did not resist the sexual temptation that the Philistine woman he chose for a wife presented, and he later made the same mistake with another beautiful Philistine woman named Delilah.

Sadly, though Samson's Philistine wife likely later regretted it, she was coerced into betraying Samson immediately after they were married by getting him to reveal the answer to a clever riddle about the lion and the bees that he gave to his wedding guests. For giving the guests the answer to Samson's riddle, Samson set his wife aside, and gave her to the best man at his wedding.

Much speculation has grown up around the possible allegorical and prophetic significance of the lion carcass with the bees and honey inside it that is presented in the story of Samson. Thinking about it after reading several possible interpretations of the lion's carcass filled with honey, the majority of which were clueless as to its real meaning, it's important to point out that the lion carcass had been rotting with decay, was likely filled with maggots and flies, and likely also smelled vile. So the fact that a swarm of bees had decided to take up residence and store their honey in a rotting lion corpse was completely unnatural. It was also a breach of Samson's Nazirite vows to touch that rotting lion's corpse, much less eat anything that was found inside the dead lion, which is an unclean animal. So, even though the honey was sweet to eat, its source was a rotting corpse.

This shows that the dead lion and the sweet honey are likely not meant to be symbols of Israel being victorious and blessing the world as some scholars have suggested, but that it actually signified the Philistines ultimately being victorious over Israel even after their defeat. The Philistines were posthumously victorious over Israel because many adherents to their pagan religion survived their defeat. So they continued to corrupt the Israelites with the ultimately bitter sweetness of their idolatry and sexual immorality.

Just as sin seems sweet until we reap the consequences for it, the bees and honey don't appear to represent blessings from God at all, but curses from God for sin that would soon be leveled against the lion-like Danite named Samson due to his unrighteous choice of a pagan Philistine wife. The 28th Chapter of the Book of Deuteronomy lists the many physical blessings given to faithful and morally upright servants of God, as well as the curses that would be divinely carried out against all unrighteous and unrepentant behavior. Ultimately though, despite being cursed by God for his disobedience, Samson did succeed in killing many Philistines during His career as a Judge and Hero of Israel. As a result, he did help to show the Philistines that the True God of Israel is more powerful than any of their false deities, and this likely led the Israelites to be more faithful to their God by keeping His Commandments.

I find this very interesting in light of the fact that the Altar to the pagan Greek deities Zeus and Athena at Pergamon now sits reconstructed inside a museum in Berlin, Germany (See the photo of the Altar at the top of this Article!). What's more, Berlin is the headquarters of the European Union, and Germany was once a part of the Merovingian Kingdom. This ancient altar, which looks like a giant throne and was dedicated to the pagan god Zeus, has literal stone carvings of winged deities that can be seen as Fallen Angels, and Giant men with serpent tails connected to the Giants or Nephilim mentioned in Genesis Chapter 6 on its base.

As I revealed in my 800-page research book on Biblical history called "The Language of God in History", and as the reliefs on the base of the Altar to Zeus show, the Ancient Greeks perverted the Biblical Record and depicted the righteous Sethites before the Great Flood, and the Shemites (i.e. Semites) after the Flood as the Fallen Angels and Nephilim that God sent the Flood of Noah to destroy! Please see the two illustrations above this paragraph for these depictions that God surely hates! It is therefore likely that this Pagan Altar, which depicts God's real servants as the evil beings that God destroyed, is the structure called Satan’s Throne in Chapter 2 of the Book of Revelation. This passage is in reference to one of the Seven Churches in Asia Minor that was called the Church in Pergamos or Pergamon:

Revelation 2:12-14 ~ “And to the angel of the church in Pergamos write, ‘These things says He who has the sharp two-edged sword: 13 “I know your works, and where you dwell, where Satan’s throne is. And you hold fast to My name, and did not deny My faith even in the days in which Antipas was My faithful martyr, who was killed among you, where Satan dwells. 14 But I have a few things against you, because you have there those who hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balak to put a stumbling block before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed to idols, and to commit sexual immorality.”

This reference to the Throne of Satan in Pergamos or Pergamon and its current location in Germany suggests that the ancient location of the Frankish Kingdom of the Merovingians is linked to the coming kingdom of the Antichrist, which some believe will be formed from the nation states that now form the European Union. This makes sense from a prophetic standpoint because the Merovingians were trying to usurp Yahshua’s unique role as the Messiah of the Universe, just as the Popes in Rome were and are always doing, and just as the leaders of the West are also doing as they move further and further away from upholding biblical morality - especially as regards human and animal sexuality and the mixing of kinds that is going on with homosexuals, transgenders, and genetically modified food and animals.

In fact, the Papal religious leaders used Charlemagne to finish setting up the Holy Roman Empire after he defeated the Merovingian kingdom, and murdered all the fleeing members of the Merovingian royal family that he could capture. These Papal leaders and Charlemagne himself wore stylized representations of bees on their ceremonial clothing, and they worked together to stomp out any competition to the false Vicars of Christ on the Papal throne. This military destruction of the Merovingian Kingdom was headed by a secret priestly class of warriors and assassins that eventually came to be known as the Jesuits.

It was the primary job of these warrior priests to protect the office of the Papacy, and to preserve his authority at any cost. This military branch of the Vatican influenced the kings of various European Kingdoms until they succeeded in rallying enough armies under Charlemagne to destroy the Merovingian Kingdom. After that, the Pope placed Charlemagne on the throne as the Emperor of the newly formed Holy Roman Empire, which was totally in league with, and subject to Papal Roman authority.

The Merovingian Kingdom is often referred to by researchers of the Holy Grail as the temporary location of the royal family descended from Yahshua. If descendants of Yahshua existed in the Merovingian kingdom, the Pope's assassins would have eventually found out about it, and they would have become the sworn enemies of the Merovingian kings. So, after the Merovingian royals were slaughtered, the few carriers of Christ’s royal bloodline that were left may have found some loyal supporters to swear to protect their blood descendants from further persecution and slaughter. In fact, there are many clues that the royal Merovingian bloodline was preserved, and has continued to this day in the royal family bloodlines of the three nations that make up the United Kingdom today: Ireland, Scotland, and England.

Unfortunately, the basic premise of all those who claim that Yahshua had children often make a point of denying that He later died on the Cross, which is the central blood sacrifice whereby believers in Yahshua obtain forgiveness of sin, and the promise of everlasting life that will be given at the First Resurrection. These same researchers also deny Yahshua’s teachings that expressly go against honoring any hereditary bloodline as special over any other. Indeed, Yahshua called all the saints to love and honor those who love and follow Yahshua’s teachings as His true royal family and bloodline.
