SPECULATING ON THE LORD'S RETURN THIS AUTUMN, AND BEYOND

~*~ Matthew 25:5-7 ~*~

“But while the bridegroom was delayed, they

all slumbered and slept. And at midnight a cry

was heard: ‘Behold, the bridegroom is coming;

go out to meet him!’ Then all those virgins

arose and trimmed their lamps.”

Over the past several years, as all the signs of Christ's Second Coming escalate all around the world, many born again believers have been soberly watching for Christ's return, to no avail. Feast after feast, war after war, sign after sign, and year after year has rolled by without the promised Rapture, and some have grown weary and refuse to look for Christ's return any longer. But as it says in the Parable of the Wise and Foolish Virgins in Matthew Chapter 25, verse 5: “while the bridegroom was delayed, they all slumbered and slept”. This means what it says. The Bridegroom is going to be delayed so long that all of His followers will be sleeping when the final Sign of the Son of Man appears in heaven to announce that His return is imminent.

Over this past Autumn Feast season, which fell between October 2nd, which was when the Feast of Trumpets occurred, and October 23rd, which was the seventh and last day of the Feast of Tabernacles or Sukkot, Rapture Watching was at an all time high. I did not post any ministry blog articles about my own speculations because I wasn't feeling well, although I did post about my hopes on Facebook, which covered all the Autumn Feasts that occurred between October 2nd and October 23rd, 2016 on the traditional Jewish Lunar Calendar. I also just posted about the amazing supernatural heavenly sign that occurred over Jerusalem on October 1st, 2016. A HEAVENLY RAPTURE SIGN OVER JERUSALEM!

Although I thought this was an amazingly audible and visible sign with truly prophetic and exciting implications, it seems that most Prophecy teachers and Watchmen did not pay much attention to it. So the Rapture Frenzy of this Autumn 2016 Feast Season was due to the fact that this 2016 Feast of Trumpets marked the end of the Jubilee Year 2016/5776, and the beginning of the Jewish year 5777, which corresponds to 2017 on the Gregorian Calendar. Furthermore, the year 5777 ties in with the year that Lamech the Sethite, the father of Noah died, which was at the age of 777, when Noah was 595 years old. The repetition of the number 7 in 777, which signifies completion and fullness, has obvious ties to God's Judgment.

Now I find it interesting that Noah was 600 years old when the Great Flood occurred, so Lamech died five years before the Flood. This could be a sign that the year 5777 is five years before the end of the Great Tribulation. However, it may mean nothing of the sort, as this is pure speculation. Nonetheless, it is an intriguing thought. Of course, many have now set their sights on the Feast of Trumpets in 2017 as the date when the Rapture may occur because a partial sign of "The Woman Clothed with the Sun" described in Revelation Chapter 12 will occur with the Sun in Virgo and the New Moon at her feet on September 23rd, 2017. I’ve written about this intriguing sign in previous blog posts HERE and HERE, and will do so again if we’re here for much longer.

There are several calendars on the internet claiming to show the correct dates for the biblical yearly Feasts of Israel, and these Feasts all have a prophetic meaning that makes them important to know. But each calendar has the Feasts of Israel falling on different dates, so this causes confusion. The standard Jewish Calendar that I usually use can be found at HebCal.com, Then there is the Sacred Calendar that can be found at TorahCalendar.com, which I find interesting and useful. Then there is the Creator's Calendar, which some people believe is the best, and it can be found at TheCreatorsCalendar.com. But I have some serious misgivings about this last calendar mentioned, as it sees the New Moon as the Full Moon, which is odd - to say the least. Following is a copy of the Seventh Lunar Month found at the the Creator's Calendar site, showing the odd timing for the Feast of Tabernacles at the time of a New Moon, with the last day of the Feast falling at the time of a waxing Half Moon:

The Creator's Calendar shown above is the one that the Bible Code researcher Kurt Juergens on You Tube uses. However, several well-respected Bible Code researchers say his codes are done incorrectly, and are totally unreliable. I also know that he has made claims that the Rapture would definitely occur on a certain day that did not come true, so he is technically a false prophet. So, although I feel his love for God is sincere, I do not recommend following him. But that doesn't necessarily discount the calendar he uses, which was done independently of him.

Nonetheless, I have my misgivings about the accuracy of this calendar, which places the Feast of Trumpets at the time of a Full Moon, and the beginning of the Feast of Tabernacles or Sukkot at the time of a New Moon, on Sunday, October 30th, 2016. This is contrary to what the Jews think, where the first day of every month falls at the time of a waxing New Moon, and the Full Moon on the 15th day of a Lunar Month marks many of their most important feasts, including Passover and Tabernacles. Nonetheless, some think that having the Feast of Tabernacles begin on the night of a completely invisible, darkened Moon is acceptable, so I am entertaining the thought for the sake of acknowledging the phenomenon.

If the New Moon does mark the beginning of the Feast of Sukkot or Tabernacles, the night of October 30th, 2016 will mark the start of the first day of the Feast, and it will end at dusk on Halloween Day. For this reason, some are now saying that the Rapture could occur on Halloween during the day, which would make it a truly terrifying day for those who are left behind. Because, when the Rapture does happen, the Sudden Destruction spoken of in Scripture will come upon the whole world as God's Wrath is poured out at the opening of the Sixth Seal. When it is opened, there will be a worldwide earthquake, a heavy meteor bombardment, and a drastic pole shift that will make the Earth reel crazily about in space, just as described in Revelation Chapter 6 and Isaiah Chapter 24.

If the evening of October 30th is the true start of the week-long Feast of Tabernacles, of which I have my doubts, the seventh day of the Feast will fall on Sunday, November 6th, 2016. If so, this is the day when the last trumpets of the Autumn feasts will be sounded. So, since the seventh day of Tabernacles marks a type of "Last Trumpet" because it is the last day of the last feast of the Sacred Calendar year on which trumpets or ram's horn "shofars" are blown, some people are saying November 6th is a high Rapture Watch day.

If the day of the Rapture is indeed sometime on November 6th, it would mean that the Church would be taken in the Rapture two days before the US Presidential Election on Tuesday, November 8th, so Donald Trump and all true believers in Yahshua won't be here to participate! Furthermore, it would mean that the Sudden Destruction that is to come upon the world will start before the election - meaning the election may never take place! I don't know why, but I found that thought highly amusing. Even though it is unlikely, it made me laugh several times as I thought about it!

Although there are many teachings to the contrary, I do not feel that Yahshua or Jesus is going to come for His Bride on any particular day, although many people are convinced He will come on the Feast of Trumpets, as I once thought as well. Hebrew idioms tied to phrases like "no one knows the day or hour" and "the last trumpet" seem to place it on the Feast of Trumpets, but all the Feasts of Israel have a connection to the Rapture. For instance, Resurrection Sunday during Passover Week was the day of the Firstfruits Wave-sheaf Offering in the Jerusalem Temple in ancient times, and since Yahshua rose from the dead on that day, it is symbolic of the First Resurrection at the time of the Rapture.

In addition, Pentecost or Shavuot was when the Holy Spirit became available to all believers, and Yahshua ascended to Heaven ten days beforehand. When He ascended, His disciples were told that He will return "in like manner", so this ties Ascension Day and Pentecost to the Rapture. But the Rapture is particularly tied to all of the Autumn Feasts - especially the Feast of Trumpets and the seventh day of the Feast of Tabernacles, when many trumpets are blown all day long to mark the feasts. Curiously, since the week-long Feast of Chanukah is seen as a second Feast of Tabernacles by the Jews, its seventh day also has ties to the Rapture. But remember that Christ Himself tells us that no one knows the day or hour of His coming to retrieve His Bride (Matthew 24:36).

Yahshua will come like a Thief in the Night, and the whole world will be surprised when the final and most spectacular sign marking His coming (which may be completely supernatural in nature) appears in Heaven (See Matthew 24:29-31; 1 Thessalonians 5:1-10). The second reference I made to the fifth chapter of the First Epistle to the Thessalonians is especially important. There, it says that the Day of the Lord will come like a Thief in the Night (verse 2), we need to soberly watch for our Lord's coming (verse 6), and we are not appointed to God's Wrath (verse 9), so we know it will happen before the Wrath of God is poured out at the opening of the Sixth Seal. But no one knows when that Seal will be opened. Only the Father knows, and He will tell Christ when it can be opened.

For those who say that the Bride of Christ will know exactly when her Bridegroom is coming, I believe that they are all wrong. The Parable of the Wise and Foolish Virgins makes it clear that when the virgins or believers in various churches hear the watchman's cry that the Bridegroom is coming, they will all be sleeping (See Matthew 25:5-7). So though they will have an idea of when the Bridegroom is near due to all the signs of His coming that we are seeing today, they will not know the exact day or hour of His arrival.

Nonetheless, since the Feasts of Israel are so prophetically interesting with their Christ-centered themes, many believers like to focus on them as possible Rapture Watch periods. There is nothing wrong with this practice, and it does help to encourage us to watch for the Lord's return, just as He asked us to do. But again, these are only speculations, and no one should be proclaiming they know exactly when Yahshua is coming.

Although there are many earthly and heavenly signs proclaiming the nearness of Christ's return, we need to remember that the Parable of the Wise and Foolish Virgins and the fifth chapter of the First Epistle to the Thessalonians tell us that the time of Yahshua's return for His Bride is unknown, and we need to stay sober, stay awake (or aware of the times), keep our eyes on Christ, and be watching and ready for His coming at all times, whether it is at our death, or in the Rapture.

A HEAVENLY RAPTURE SIGN OVER JERUSALEM!

In the video linked to and embedded below this paragraph, Michelle Hopkins shares a video taken of the sky over Jerusalem on the Sabbath day, Saturday, October 1st, 2016, which was also the day before Rosh Hashanah or the Feast of Trumpets. On that day, as shown in the video capture graphic above, a circle of misty light around a cloud with radiating beams of light shooting out from behind it appeared over Jerusalem. The radiating beams of light accompanied the sound of trumpets or shofars being blown, and the beams seemed to fade in and out. It was as if they were trumpets of light that appeared as they were blown, and that faded as each trumpet's sound began to fade.

Although Michelle allows us to decide what we think it is, she does hint that she thinks it is a sign from God due to the audible sound of many trumpets blowing at once that accompanied it. My immediate reaction after watching the video and contemplating what was seen is that this is NOT a technological trick at all, because it is not fear-inspiring, but awe-inspiring. In addition, it occurred on the eve of Rosh Hashanah, and it can also give enormous hope and comfort to those who are watching for Christ's Return in the Rapture.

Michelle assumed this sign might have something to do with the fire and blood that comes from heaven and burns up the plants all over the Earth at the First Trumpet Judgment (See Rev. 8:7). I agree with her that the huge worldwide increase in fireball and meteor sightings over the past few years is a definite sign from God that the Rapture and Sudden Destruction are near. But it may not be tied to the First Trumpet because she missed the fact that a massive wave of stars fall from heaven at the opening of the Sixth Seal (See Rev. 6:13). This is most likely referring to a massive meteoric bombardment of the Earth that will be so severe that it will trigger the pole shift and worldwide earthquake of the Sixth Seal.

The Sudden Destruction of this first set of plagues will usher in the Wrath of God, and the cataclysmic events it will trigger will be so severe that it will wipe out billions of people, and terrify the elite hiding in their underground bunkers (See Rev. 6:15-17). This will be either right after the Rapture, or as the Rapture is taking place, and the Rapture is to be accompanied by a loud trumpet-like sound that is the Voice of God Almighty. Furthermore, the Feast of Tabernacles is celebrated with much trumpet-blowing and it ends tomorrow, when the last trumpets of the Fall Feasts will be blown. I believe this amazing heavenly sign of light, clouds and shofars being blown over Jerusalem is a hopeful sign heralding the Rapture's nearness. But I also believe that it is a warning to those who are asleep or who hate God - for their judgment is at hand. Trumpets and shofars were not always blown in celebration. Sometimes they were blown in Ancient Israel to rally the troops and warn the Israelites that their enemies were approaching their encampment or city gates. So we also should stand ready to fight for our faith and for our God with spiritual warfare and intercessory prayers as we await the Rapture.

My beloved brothers and sisters who are awake, it has become especially clear in these last days that we are living in very perilous times, and it is going to take an extra measure of faith and perseverance to navigate the rough terrain around and ahead of us! Besides turning our fear over to Yahshua or Jesus so that we can continue to be of use to God, we need to contend with the many blind believers who are knocking the clear warnings of the Signs in the Heavens - especially the Blood Moon Tetrad of 2014 and 2015, the 2015 Star of Bethlehem conjunctions of Jupiter and Venus in Leo, the Woman Clothed With the Sun sign of October 2015, the third Jupiter-Venus Conjunction of August 27th, 2016, and the "Wedding Ring" annular Solar Eclipse of September 1st, 2016.

But this is to be expected. After all, the Apostle Peter warned believers that scoffers would come, but that they should hold fast to the truths that had been taught to them, and ignore the naysayers. In 2 Peter 3:3-7, which I've taken from the Complete Jewish Bible below, it says:

“First, understand this: during the Last Days, scoffers will come, following their own desires 4 and asking, “Where is this promised ‘coming’ of his? For our fathers have died, and everything goes on just as it has since the beginning of creation.” But, wanting so much to be right about this, they overlook the fact that it was by God’s Word that long ago there were heavens, and there was land which arose out of water and existed between the waters, 6 and that by means of these things the world of that time was flooded with water and destroyed. 7 It is by that same Word that the present heavens and earth, having been preserved, are being kept for fire until the Day of Judgment, when ungodly people will be destroyed.”

As Peter warned above, these scoffers are ignoring all the signs of judgment befalling the world, just as those who perished in the Flood did. They are either purposely ignoring, or have failed to realize that the first three of the four Blood Moons were ONLY visible in North America, suggesting that they were important to those living in North America rather than to those living in Israel. In fact, only the Sackcloth Sun or Full Solar Eclipse of March 20th, 2015 and the final Blood Moon on September 29th, 2015 was visible in Southeastern Europe, Russia, Israel, and the rest of the Middle East, suggesting that they would be significant for those regions of the world.

For evidence of this, one needs only to look at what happened in the world between the Two Blood Moons  of 2014! Look at the tsunami-like wave of illegal immigrants that have flooded the USA and brought diseases and communist sentiments with them, which the outbreak of Enterovirus in the USA was definitely linked to. Also look at the worldwide threat of the Ebola Pandemic that began in Africa - in lands that England and Europe once settled and tried to westernize. After that, there were other rumors of deadly viruses spreading, with the latest being the threat of the Zika virus, which some feel may not be that big of a threat at all. In fact, there is evidence that it may only be a ploy by the big chemical  corporations that make pesticides to get various countries to use their mosquito toxins, which may also be behind the killing off of honey bees.

The threat of Isis also began between the first two Blood Moons, and it has continued to escalate throughout 2015 and 2016, with no foreseeable end in sight, even after all the bombing that has been done on ISIS strongholds in Syria and Iraq. ISIS stands for the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria. It is the code name for the Radical Muslims wanting to establish a new Islamic Caliphate over the whole world, and it has deadly plans to target America with large scale terrorist attacks, some of which have already been carried out. How can the average believer see these things occurring, and NOT think that the Blood Moon Tetrad was a dire warning sign of world tribulation and judgment from God's own hand?

For those who still doubt, it might help to recall that there were many terrorist attacks, demonstrations, riots, wars and rumors of war before, during and after the Blood Moon Tetrad, and there will surely be more before the three Full Blood Moons marking the Year 2017 as highly significant. These will occur in January and July of 2017, and January of 2018. According to several lists of Islamist Terrorist Attacks and Suicide Bombings, there were more attacks on civilians in the year 2015 than at any other time in history, largely due to the massacres, rapes, beatings, enslavement and murders carried out by ISIS (aka ISIL) and their affiliate Boko Haram.

By the way, ISIL, which stands for the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, is used occasionally because the word Levant stands for all of the land that extends southward from Syria and Iraq, including Lebanon, Jordan, and Israel, which ISIS wants to destroy. In fact, their ultimate goal is to destroy Israel, and with it, the United States. This is partly because they have been demonically programmed to view Israel as the little Satan, and America as the Great Satan, largely because Israel is a bastion of Judaism, and America is a bastion of Christianity. These two other monotheistic religions rival Islam in global scope and power, and therefore pose the greatest threat to its desire to turn the world into one global Caliphate.

Sadly, the scoffers that mock the watchmen and women in the Church that are raising the alarm do not see Radical Islam and Nuclear War as that big of a threat. They also scoff at the 2014, 2015 and 2016 heavenly signs, and seem blind to the fact that these signs have marked a huge increase in violence, terrible weather and cataclysmic Earth changes all over the world. They are dreadfully unaware that there is a worldwide war on terror going on right now, and the world is also racing toward another world war that will likely turn nuclear, making it far more of a threat than Radical Islam. In addition, they fail to see that the terrorists - and those marching toward world war - particularly hate the Two Houses of Israel represented by the tiny House of Judah or Jewish nation of Israel, and the House of Ephraim, which encompasses all of the Jews and Gentile Christians in this world. However, Ephraim is especially signified by those living in Europe, the UK, and the USA. These Two Houses of Israel are clearly represented by the Zodiac Sign of Pisces the Fishes. More on this a bit later.

The House of Judah or the Jews represent people that descended from the Tribes of Judah and Benjamin, and the House of Ephraim includes all Ten Lost Tribes of Israel. These Ten Lost Tribes are not really lost at all, however. In fact, part of this Israelite tribe of grafted-in Gentiles are descendants of the Isrealites that fled into Europe, Africa and Asia during ancient Assyrian, Babylonian, and Roman times, and subsequently lost their original Israelite identity as they mingled with other people groups.

The Tribe of Ephraim also consists of many Gentiles that have no actual Israelite blood heritage at all, but who believe in Yahshua, and have been adopted into Israel by Yahshua's blood covering. For this reason, Ephraim includes the once Christian Western nations, including the United States and United Kingdom, and not just the nations of Europe.  As I showed in my book "The Language of God in History", many of the European nations have a connection to the Ten Lost Tribes of Israel by blood. But the United States also has a direct connection to Israel's Tribe of Judah. This is because there are more Jews living in America among their Gentile brethren than in the nation of Israel.

As shown in the graphic at the beginning of this article, the Two Houses of Israel were depicted in the heavens by Christ when He created the Zodiac or Mazzaroth Sign of Pisces the Fishes for His Father Yahweh. This sign consists of two fishes swimming in opposition to each other that are tethered to the neck of Cetus the Sea Monster (or the Beast from the Sea) by long cords or bands.

The Fish signifying Judah swims toward the constellation called Andromeda the Chained Princess, which depicts the Jewish people who are still imprisoned by their fixation to the Law of Moses, and who deny the liberty and freedom given to all that are saved by their true Messiah Yahshua. For this reason they are in danger of being destroyed by the Beast from the Sea (or the United Nations). The Fish signifying Ephraim is swimming toward the constellation of Aquarius the Water-Bearer. The Ephraimite fish signifies those who love Christ while Aquarius signifies Christ in His Role as the Messiah and Dispenser of the Living Water of the Holy Spirit.

I have been preaching about the amazing meaning of the Pisces constellation for years, but the majority of scoffers are literally deaf to the truth! Many of them cannot hear or see what the truth is because they do not know how to become born again, and therefore they do not have the counsel of the Holy Spirit. Others may have the Holy Spirit, but they are not praying for guidance and listening for the Holy Spirit to guide them. As such, many of them are sadly being deceived and demonically inspired to ignore or mock the truth.

Just as Yahshua and the Apostles warned, there are many who deny that there are Two Houses of Israel, and that both of these Houses have a destiny that is directly tied to the promise of Yahshua's Second Coming. For this reason, many in the Churches will be left behind with the unsaved. Many of them will also be left behind because they are not following the Commandments of Yahshua. Instead, they are living carnal, selfish lives centered around their own pleasure, which makes them unacceptable as servants to God.

But contrary to the scoffers and naysayers, Yahshua is indeed coming again very soon, and the Bride and the Wise Virgins need to stay on course and make themselves ready for the Rapture! Do not doubt all of the clear signs around you in the heavens and on the Earth seen in the distress of the nations! See Luke 21:25-26, and realize that the time that it is talking about is like this current time in history. Therefore, brothers and sisters, we need to stay close to Yahshua and His Word, and not allow ourselves to be led astray by the naysayers, who will be left behind if they do not wise up and repent!

DO YOU NEED PROTECTION OR HEALING FROM GOD? Are you engaged in Spiritual Warfare prayers and getting nowhere, except finding yourself more under siege by the Enemy than ever? Then it's time to seek a different approach! Early on the morning of July 15th, 2016, the Holy Spirit impressed upon me the following that I have been asked to share with all of you. So please prayerfully consider it, and learn to apply it, just as I am going to do:

STOP BEING A WITCH HUNTER, AND STRIVE TO BE A GOD SEEKER INSTEAD! Our Abba Father God Yahweh in Heaven does NOT want us to have to know the name of every demon, demonic curse, or person attacking us to be protected. Furthermore, He does NOT want us to have to figure out how to address every kind of magic, spirit, demon or demonic curse, vex or hex being thrown our way by those dabbling in the Black Arts. He wants us to repent of our sins, drawn near to Him by studying His Word in the Bible and in nature to learn about His character, and to spend time daily in worship and praise to Him for tall that He has already done for us, and everything we have faith that He will do for us  as we continue to ask. As we follow His Will as set forth in His Word, we will receive the cover and protection and healing that we need when we ask Him to provide it!

Salvation may be based only on our belief in Yahshua or Jesus as the Messiah, but if we want protection, blessings and rewards, we have to keep our eyes and our spiritual focus on loving Yahshua and our Heavenly Father (See Hebrews 12:1-3)! This means listening to His Spirit within us, and working to do God's Will as the Holy Spirit leads us. The Holy Spirit leads us to do just as Yahshua's model prayer and warnings in Matthew 6:8-15 tells us. As it says there, we need to forgive others their sins, repent of any sin we may have committed, thank Yahweh for providing us with health, food and clothing and a home, and thank Him for keeping His promises to us and putting a hedge of protection over ourselves, over our loved ones and over our food and our homes DAILY.

Finding your prayers answered has much to do with how you are conducting yourself in your walk with Yahshua. Because UNLESS YOU EAT YAHSHUA'S BODY (HIS WORD) AND DRINK HIS BLOOD (HIS SPIRIT), YOU HAVE NO LIFE IN YOU! (See John 6:53-58) This means that we should be spending time drawing near to God and learning His Character by praying and seeking His will and by reading His Word in the Bible often. WE SHOULD ALSO CONSIDER HOW WE PARTAKE OF THE LORD'S SUPPER if we are sick, and reflect on His Word and call on His Spirit when we do to help rid our lives of everything that displeases Him, or distracts us from doing His Will. OTHERWISE, WE ARE EATING AND DRINKING GOD'S JUDGMENT UPON OURSELVES! (See 1 Corinthians 11:27-32)

If you are NOT seeing good results after engaging in frequent praise and worship, and then praying for God to bless and protect you and those you love for a few weeks, then it's time to examine your life and judge your conduct, especially in the areas of vanity, selfishness, and greed. Ask God in prayer to reveal the secret sins you need to deal with, and the areas in your life that you need to work on in order to gain holiness, and to become sanctified. Ask Yahshua and His Spirit to give you WISDOM and UNDERSTANDING, and to show you the right way that you should go to avoid His displeasure. SEEK TO FOLLOW GOD IN EVERY AREA OF YOUR LIFE, whether at work, or in family and leisure time, and by doing so, you will set yourself apart as holy unto God (See Hebrews 12:9-15).

Don't get LOST spending time addressing the Devil and his demons rather than following, loving, praising and worshiping Yahshua and our Heavenly Father! God does NOT want us to try and bind Satan or His works, or to be preoccupied with the workings or schemes of the Evil One that comes as hexes, vexes and curses! Our Father God in Heaven wants us to be preoccupied with LOVING Him, LOVING His Son Yahshua, and LOVING and working toward furthering His Kingdom. Therefore, ANYTHING THAT TAKES US AWAY FROM LOVING, PRAISING, WORSHIPING AND SERVING GOD SHOULD BE ELIMINATED FROM OUR LIVES WHENEVER POSSIBLE!

Besides that, as I expounded upon in my associated article linked to at the beginning of this article, we need to learn our place in the hierarchy of Heaven, and not overstep our bounds. We are not God, and we are not supposed to try and bind the spiritual principalities and powers that have been temporarily put under the control of the Evil One by God to serve His purposes. Only God the Father, His Son and His Spirit have the true authority to do that! We do have the authority under Yahshua's Blood to command demons to flee from us and to leave our loved ones alone, and to ask God to heal our sicknesses and bind the demons that may be plaguing us and our loved ones with emotional and spiritual oppression.

If you are praying within your sphere of influence, but are still not seeing results, you should try a different approach! The bottom line for believers under siege that are finding their prayers ineffective is to start loving and praising God and worshiping Him. After voicing why you love and follow Yahweh and Yahshua in worship and praise, seek holiness by seeking God's will and setting yourself apart for God's service, and looking to do God's Will whenever the Holy Spirit prompts you to act. Remember to seek God's Kingdom and His righteousness FIRST, and ALL the things that you need (like healing, protection, and provision) will be given to you! (See Matthew 6:25-33)

ALSO, DO NOT LOVE THE WORLD, OR ANYTHING IN THE WORLD! Loving and being friends with the world means chasing after the things it makes us desire that draw us away from God (See 1 John 2:15-17). Pursuing things such as wealth, popularity, fame, power, love, vanity, pride, lust, pleasure, and owning land and property are all antagonistic to what God primarily wishes us to pursue, which is to love God and draw near to Him first so that we can love and serve the poor and needy, and care for our needs and the needs of those around us. This is why Yahshua asked the rich man to sell EVERYTHING that he had and to come and take up his cross and follow Him (See ).

Of course, we can't draw near to God unless He prepares us to do so by giving us His indwelling Spirit, and we can't be born again spiritually by God's Spirit unless we truly love and wish to follow Christ. Therefore, in order to get our spiritual priorities in order, we all need to be born again (See John 3:1-8; 1 Peter 1:22-26)! Only then will we truly learn how to reject what the world wants us to pursue, and to focus on God's desire for us, which is to learn to give love to others the way God does before worrying about what we need, or how we want to be loved!

When we love and pursue the world's desires, we have to forsake God and His calling in our lives. To fulfill God's calling, we require spiritual fruits that the world despises, rejects and ignores, such as brotherly love, compassion, humility, kindness, self-sacrifice, selflessness, self-control, generosity and forgiveness, and spiritual gifts that the world does not understand, such as the gift of prophecy, the gift of healing, and speaking in tongues (See 1 Corinthians 12:1-13; Galatians 5:16-25).

A tip off that you're serving yourself and not God is when everything you do is focused on obtaining your own joy, security, wealth and happiness, and it has little or nothing to do with giving love, joy and happiness to God, and loving other human beings and animals. As a result of being selfish and preoccupied with one's own needs, being unfamiliar with God's Word, and not knowing what God is calling us to do because we lack intimacy with God by NOT seeking to have a deep love relationship with Him, many believers lose God's favor and blessing, and open themselves up to demonic attack and oppression.

For this reason, the Lord has impressed upon me that His children need to PRAY WITHOUT CEASING (See 1 Thessalonians 5:14-23)! TO BE PROTECTED FROM DEMONIC ATTACK, WE MUST PRAY! This means praying for ourselves and our loved ones, and interceding for our brothers and sisters in Christ when they are under spiritual attack or oppression, and when they ask for help. CHRIST'S COMMANDMENTS AND GOD'S MORAL LAW ARE SYNONYMOUS!

In my previous articles about the Freedom and Liberty that is given to all born-again believers in Christ, many have attacked my views concerning the freedom believers have from the keeping of the seventh day Sabbath, and the Law of Moses as the Jews do, sullied as they are by the traditions and interpretations of men who did not really know God (See Mark 2:24-28). But this does not mean that believers can ignore the entire Law that God set down for the Israelites. Only the Sacrificial and Priestly Laws were abolished on the Cross, NOT the Moral Laws! In fact, if they are truly born again, believers will feel and hear the Holy Spirit urging them to follow all of God's Moral Laws. This is why Yahshua or Jesus - Who is God Incarnate, the Word of God, and the I AM WHO I AM that spoke to Moses - taught His followers that He did not come to abolish the Law, but to fulfill it:

~*~ Matthew 5:17-20 ~*~ “Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill. 18 For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled. 19 Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. 20 For I say to you, that unless your righteousness exceeds the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven.”

Indeed, we are called throughout the New Testament to keep God's Moral Laws or Commandments. Nowhere does our Messiah Yahshua or Jesus, the Apostle Paul, or any other apostle or disciple of Christ say that we do not have to worry about them any longer! Examples of New Covenant admonitions to keep God’s Moral Commandments include the following: John 14:15-21; 1 John 2:1-6; and 1 John 5:1-4.   

The Ten Commandments in Exodus 20, and the Moral Laws in Exodus 21, Exodus 22, and Exodus 23, which was called the Book of the Covenant, along with the Moral laws in Leviticus, Chapter 18, Chapter 19 and Chapter 20, and in Deuteronomy 18, Deuteronomy 19, Deuteronomy 21, Deuteronomy 22, and Deuteronomy 23 (with the exception of the Laws pertaining to war or slaves, which Yahshua never supported or condoned) summarize the Moral Laws of God. All believers should be aware of, and should strive to keep these Moral laws to the best of their ability. Of course, I firmly believe that the Holy Spirit will remind all born-again believers to follow God's Moral laws - even if they are unfamiliar with them.

In the New Testament Gospels and the Epistles, we are also called to temper ALL of these divine legal requirements with Yahshua's call for love, compassion, mercy and forgiveness. In fact, many of the chapters of Moral Laws that I've linked to in the Old Testament were recalled, reiterated and further elaborated upon in the Gospels by Yahshua or Jesus during His First Advent Ministry, which was primarily directed toward the Israelites living in Judea in the First Century AD. This can especially be seen in His Sermon on the Mount, which is recorded in Matthew 5, Matthew 6, and Matthew 7. Believers who assume that the Moral Laws that Yahshua discussed on that mountain top do not pertain to Christians are completely wrong, for Yahshua's blood covers every believer, and literally makes them an Israelite, priest and king in the likeness of Yahshua.

The Commandments, Laws or Works that were nailed to the Cross with Yahshua in death were NOT the Moral Laws of God, but any and all of those Laws related to the Old Testament priesthood and sacrificial system. This included the Laws pertaining to the tabernacles, temples, priesthood, priests and priestly garments, sacrificial animals and burnt offerings, and the special animal sacrifices on the Feast days (See Hebrews 10:11-14; Colossians 2:13-15). Thus, the Liberty and Freedom that we have in Christ is based on no longer having the need to keep and uphold the sacrificial system and its priesthood, or to honor the unbiblical traditions that sprang up around them.

One major exception to this rule were the tribal assembly requirements that were called for on three of the Seven Feasts of Israel, which were Passover, Pentecost, and the Feast of Tabernacles (See Exodus 23:14-17). Born-again believers are also called by Christ to gather together to commemorate His place in our salvation on Passover via the Lord's Supper and Resurrection Sunday. In addition, most believers keep Pentecost as the birthday of the Church.

Many believers also keep Christmas as a celebration of Christ's birth narrative, which encompasses all of the Autumn Feasts of Israel - from the Feast of Trumpets to the Feast of Tabernacles. In addition, Christmas is also directly tied to Chanukah, which was viewed as a secondary Feast of Tabernacles by the Israelites, and it is also the likely time when Yahshua was conceived by the Holy Spirit in his earthly mother Miriam's womb. Chanukah was instituted as a Feast during the Maccabean period of Israel's history, and although it is considered a minor feast, it has a very big prophetic importance to disciples of Christ in regard to the Last Days. See my books "The Language of God in Humanity" and "The Language of God in Prophecy" to read about the many aspects of the prophetic significance of Chanukah, and all the Feast Days.

Even as we are called to commemorate these three yearly feasts in our own way, Yahshua and His apostles and disciples commemorated the Weekly Sabbath  differently than the Jews, who were bound by unbiblical traditions. Stripped of these restrictive traditions, they did not have to keep the weekly Sabbaths in the same way that the Jews do. In fact, throughout His First Advent Ministry, Yahshua showed His followers that they are to view everyday as a perpetual Sabbath with Christ. This means that the Sabbath should be dedicated to loving and helping others by following the lead of the Spirit of God in them.

So, rather than resting from all work on the Sabbaths, believers are called to care for one another, and for their livestock and pets as they are called to do on every other day of the week. Instead of not working at all, they are called to spend the day drawing near to God with songs, testimonies, baptisms, prayers and scripture study, and to go out healing the sick, raising the dead, and feeding and clothing the poor and hungry with physical and spiritual food and clothing. In short, born-again believers are called to live as though they are dead to the world, but alive in Christ. Their Freedom and Liberty comes from following Christ rather than the Law and the traditions of men that sully them. This is why born-again believers are free to keep the Feasts and the Sabbaths as they see fit until Christ comes back for His saints.

However, in the Millennial Kingdom, all of Christ's servants will be required to keep Passover, and the Feast of Tabernacles, and most likely Pentecost as well. The weekly Sabbaths will also likely be times for special celebration, fellowship, and spiritual reflection. Passover, Pentecost and the Feast of Tabernacles are the same three feasts mentioned in the Book of the Covenant that required the Israelites to assemble before God, and all believers will likely be called to do so during the Millennium also (See Exodus 23:14-17; Luke 22:14-16; Zechariah 14:16-19).
