Could the 5th of Tammuz Be Connected to the Rapture?

This July 4th, I received a strong feeling that the Rapture might happen on July 7th, 2011, which begins at dusk on July 6th. In fact, ever since the Rapture failed to happen this past July 1st, July 7th has kept popping up in my mind. So today, I decided to see if there was any biblical significance to this date. What I discovered was nothing less than astounding, for July 7th is the 5th of Tammuz on the Jewish Calendar this year, and this is when Ezekiel had his vision of the Four-winged Cherubim that stand around the Throne of God in Heaven:

“Now it came to pass in the thirtieth year, in the fourth month, on the fifth day of the month, as I was among the captives (of Judah) by the River Chebar (meaning “length” or “joining”), that the heavens were opened and I saw visions of God… Then I looked, and behold, a whirlwind was coming out of the north, a great cloud with raging fire engulfing itself; and brightness was all around it and radiating out of its midst like the color of amber, out of the midst of the fire. Also from within it came the likeness of four living creatures.” - Ezekiel 1:1, 4-5

Out of a great fiery, amber-colored, shining whirlwind or tornado that brings to mind the sound of the mighty wind that preceded the appearance of the tongues of the fire over the Apostles on Pentecost, Ezekiel saw four mighty Cherubim materialize:

With their four legs and four wings, these heavenly beings mark the four corners of the heavens and the Earth. Furthermore, these Cherubim’s faces allude to the four cardinal signs in the Gospel in the Stars: Taurus the Ox or Bull, Aquarius the Man, Scorpio the Eagle, and Leo the Lion, and their eyes signify the stars of the heavens, which in turn signify the angels and saints that love and follow Yahweh. In addition, the Body of the Ox or Bull signifies Gentile Believers that will form the Body and Bride of Christ. Likewise, recalling my article “A Gathering of Eagles - A Hidden Parable” (Link: http://pillar-of-enoch.com/essays/index.html#Eagles), the Eagle’s wings could signify the gathering of the Eagles that Yahshua will do at the First Rapture:

“And they answered and said to Him, ‘Where, Lord?’ So He said to them, ‘Wherever the body (i.e. Body of Christ) is, there the eagles (i.e. the elect) will be gathered together.’” - Luke 17:37

Fascinatingly, the heavenly Grand Cross that formed on June 26th, 2011 that I believe may be the Sign of the Son of Man will still be evident from now until the end of July 12th (at dusk on July 13th)!

One of the arms of the 2011 Grand Cross is connected to the Messianic sign of Sagittarius the Archer, and Aquila the Eagle is above Sagittarius’ head. Could this eagle be delivering the arrow of Sagitta clutched in its talons to the Conquering King depicted in Sagittarius? If so, what does this mean for the USA, which is tied to the symbol of a bald eagle in history?

If we count the days between June 26th and July 7th, there are exactly 11 days. In addition, the vision of the Cherubim on the 5th day in the 4th Jewish month of Tammuz (a symbolic 9 {4+5}) is in Ezekiel 1:1, another 11 of sorts:

As shown in my recent article entitled: “The Rapture Connection to the Sign of the Son of Man” (LINK: http://pillar-of-enoch.com/essays/index.html#Son-of-Man), Yahshua’s reference to gathering His elect from the four corners of the heavens in Matthew Chapter 24 may actually be a reference to the Rapture rather than an allusion to the resurrection of the living and martyred saints at the end of the Tribulation:

“And He will send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.” - Matthew 24:31

It’s also interesting to note that Ezekiel’s four Living Creatures or Cherubim materialized out of a whirlwind coming from the North and Matthew’s Gospel mentions the four winds of heaven. Could this be an allusion to the fact that the Rapture may begin over North America, where the highest percentage of born-again Christians in the world still lives today? Fascinatingly, Ephraim signifies the helmet of God’s head in Psalm 108, and the North America Nebula is located in the head portion of the Great Northern Cross represented by Cygnus the Swan.

Could the four winds in Matthew’s Gospel be meant to originate in the physical direction of the four planets on the ecliptic marking the Grand Cross in the heavens right now? Could these four winds unite on July 7th to form the whirlwind that Ezekiel envisioned? Finally, could this whirlwind or tornado travel around the world leaving destruction in its wake even as all the world’s believers are whisked away with great rapidity and force into the heavens to be with Yahshua forever after?

Fascinatingly, some of the worst tornadoes in US history occurred on April 27th, 2011 - the day that Pastor David Wilkerson died. As my articles and Armageddon shows have shown, the physical location of Pastor Wilkerson’s death is a miraculous Parable detailing the path of the True Church leaving this sin-filled world behind in the Rapture to visit heavenly realms of glory! Finally, I wanted to let everyone know that my Oriental Lilies are still about two weeks away from blooming, as the flower buds are still quite small and need to lengthen about an inch and a half (i.e. 3 centimeters) before they are big enough to blossom. This is important because of the word of knowledge that I received from God that the Rapture would happen before these summer flowers in my garden burst out in bloom.

Last year, these flowers began to burst into bloom on June 26th or the 15th of Av (a.k.a. Tu B’Av), when another powerful Grand Cross formed in the heavens. The 15th of Av is the Jewish version of Valentine’s Day and is an important day for betrothals, engagements, and weddings in Israel today. It therefore has a symbolic connection to the Wedding of the Lamb in Heaven.

This year, the 15th day of the 5th Jewish month of Av will fall on the 15th of August. Meanwhile, my Oriental flowers that the Holy Spirit referred to in the word of knowledge that I received on Palm Sunday 2010 were delayed from blooming this June because of the cold, rainy spring in this region of the world. As a result, the flowers aren’t due to bloom until mid to late July. Could this be a sign that the Rapture will happen on or after the 5th of Tammuz or July 7th this year? We shall soon see! In the meantime, keep looking UP, for our redemption truly draws very, very near!

A GLIMPSE AT MY ASSYRIAN ROOTS

After posting the statements that I have listed below at Facebook, I was challenged to back up my claim that there is such a thing as the Assyrian people and that I may be a Lost Israelite through my connection to these practically unknown people:

Did any of you know that I am one quarter Assyrian (NOT Syrian, but Assyrian, a people group from Iran that are almost all Orthodox Christians today, NOT Muslim)? Furthermore, that is where the Ten Tribes from the Northern Kingdom of Israel were taken into captivity, so I could be a literal descendent of the lost Israelites, maybe even from Ephraim, the largest northern tribe.

Also interesting to note, the Assyrians speak Aramaic, the same everyday language Yahshua spoke when He walked the Earth in His First Advent. Sadly, I know only a few words of that language today though.

In answering that challenge, this article has resulted. It begins with a short personal history, and then gives a brief history of the ancient and modern Assyrian people and their language and culture.

First of all, let me tell you a little about me. As far as my ethnic background, my father was Polish and my mother was half German and half Assyrian. Both of my parents were born in Chicago, Illinois and were American citizens. I was also born in Chicago on August 6th, 1957, which unfortunately happened to be the infamous 9th of Av on the Jewish calendar in that year.

As for what I know about my Assyrian heritage, I have some fond memories of my personal family history that my parents shared with me. Secondly, the parties that I shared with the Assyrian side of my family left a big impression on me. That is where I learned how to do Middle-Eastern style dances and where I developed my love for Middle Eastern style music. I also learned to speak a little Assyrian when I met with the Assyrian side of my family at parties and get-togethers.

Incidentally, one of the largest communities of Assyrians outside of Iran and Iraq today live in Chicago, Illinois, USA, where I was born. My mother was Mary Ann David, and her father John (Yohannon) David was a full-blooded Assyrian from Iran. My grandfather had a surviving sister named Violet (Violetta) and her married last name was Yohannon. I did not know them as well as I would have liked, but I loved my brief exposure to the exotic flavor of their culture and music, which is so different from American culture and music.

In the Bible, the Assyrians under Shalmaneser III, Tiglath-Pileser II and other kings attacked and invaded the Northern Kingdom of Israel several times, at first putting that kingdom under their subjugation but then destroying the Northern Kingdom by killing the poor and unskilled among them and then carrying off the best and most talented of the local Israelite populace and resettling them in Assyria. The Bible also tells us that the biggest tribe with the most territory in the hills of the Northern Kingdom of Israel was the Tribe of Ephraim.

The chief prophets to the Israelites in the Northern Kingdom were Hosea, Amos and Micah. Therefore, reading the Books of Hosea, Amos and Micah in the Old Testament gives many details about Yahweh God's grievances with the Northern Kingdom's spiritual adultery. These books make it clear why God allowed the Kingdom of Israel to be destroyed.

The following brief history of the Assyrian people was taken from the Chicago Assyrian Civic Club web site that was written by a full-blooded Assyrian that speaks Aramaic as their mother tongue. I have re-written the translation slightly into more understandable English. What is interesting about this history is that it makes it clear that the Assyrians are Christians that have been almost as mercilessly persecuted as the Jews in the Middle East, and also left without a homeland:

The Assyrians Of Today...

The Assyrians of today are descendants of the ancient Assyrian people who built the mighty empires of Assyria and Babylonia. They rose to power and prosperity in Mesopotamia, whose mainland consists of modern-day Iraq. Assyrians played a major role in the foundation of the civilization of mankind. After the fall of the Assyrian and Babylonian empires, respectively in the seventh and sixth centuries BC., Assyrians were reduced to a small nation living at the mercy of their overlords in the vastly scattered lands in the Middle East.

Assyrian are Christians and their church dates back to the time of Christ. In the first century they were among the first people to embrace Christianity. Living apart from the Christian World, the Assyrians came almost to losing their identity as a nation. It was not until the middle of the 19th century when they came in direct contact with the western world and their existence attracted the attention of the outside world.

Thus experiencing a cultural renaissance, they built modern schools, colleges and technical institutions in Iran and Iraq during the 19th and 20th centuries. Assyrians suffered the most destructive blows because of their religion and ethnicity. They fell victim to the poor treatment inflicted upon Christians under the Ottoman Empire. Those who escaped the massacres fled their homeland to join the Assyrians living in Iran. To defend themselves, they threw their lot in with the allies in WWI and fought bravely against all odds to repulse blows coming from all sides. For their bravery in the victorious battles, British historians called them "Our Smallest Ally".

In 1918, the Assyrians were left alone, and without any support, they had no choice but to retreat from Iran to reach the British forces in Baghdad - Iraq. In this long and costly exodus, the Assyrians lost more then one-third of their population. In Baghdad, Assyrians were settled in camps and their battle tested men were recruited by the British I special military forces named "Assyrian Levies".

In return for the loss of their homeland in Hakkari, Turkey and in compensation for stupendous losses inflicted on them during the Great War (WWI), Britain, France, and Russia alike promised Assyrians a safe and independent homeland. This promise was not fulfilled and Assyrians were again betrayed and left alone in the situation that culminated in the terrible massacre of the non-combatant Assyrian population in Simeil, Iraq in 1933.

From this time on, the Assyrian Diaspora started and they began to flee in all directions as stateless refugees to find a safe haven and protect themselves from total elimination until such a day when their voice would be heard through an international forum.

In conclusion, this should be said of the Assyrians of today: although they are scattered all over the world these days, they are the descendants of a great nation and they have gained the respect of the countries that they now inhabit as citizens. In most of those countries such as the United Stated of America, Australia, Iran, and Syria, they have run for political office and have been elected to high positions, such as Senators, Congressmen and City Officials. This will continue in the future as they become more recognized as loyal citizens in their adopted countries.

The Assyrian web sites linked to below make it clear that the Assyrian people’s Christian roots can be traced back to the first century AD. These web sites also explain that the modern Assyrian language is Aramaic, which is essentially the same language that Yahshua spoke and that part of the Old Testament was composed in. The Aramaic language is a Semitic language that can be traced to the descendents of Noah’s son Shem. Their language and alphabet are unique in the Middle East, but they are directly related to other Semitic languages such as Hebrew and Arabic.

In my dealings with the Assyrian people here in America, I have found them to be very moralistic, proud and loyal people of integrity who value their family, their Christian faith, and their unique culture. So, whether or not I am a Lost Israelite, I am proud to be part Assyrian, but far more proud to be an Israelite by adoption under the New Covenant with Yahshua.

MANKIND DRAINED OF WISDOM AFTER THE RAPTURE!

The Reversal of History


This blog post is a three-part revelation. The first part is a prophetic word by Brother Augusto Maquengo, a preacher from the Congo in Africa. After his word is an insight by Peter Marin that shows how this coming forgetting after the Rapture that Brother Maquengo talks about has a Biblical precedent. Finally is an insight from me, Helena Lehman, about how this pattern of knowledge being replaced with forgetting is connected to the reversal in history that Yahshua is accomplishing through His Grace and Judgment.

THE D-DAY OF RAPTURE MANKIND WILL BE DRAINED OF WISDOM, KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING WITHOUT THE HOLY SPIRIT.

Brethren,

Today in my mid-nights prayer time, the Holy Spirit revealed to me and made it very clear to us what will happen after He is removed from the face of the earth and mankind. The Holy said that in that day all his knowledge, wisdom, understanding, prudence, counsel and might, fear of the Lord, science, teachings and all He has given to the mankind will be removed alongside with him. THIS IS WHAT THE HOLY SPIRIT STARTED REVEALING TO ME DURING THE PRAYER TIME:

2Th 2:7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.

I. The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of knowledge and without Him all knowledge will be removed from the face of the earth and all mankind will mourn and wail and will be totally confused. Pro 19:27 Cease, my son, to hear the instruction that causeth to err from the words of knowledge.

II. The Eyes of the Lord and His hand which preserves knowledge on the earth will be removed from mankind. Pro 22:12 The eyes of the LORD preserve knowledge, and he overthroweth the words of the transgressor.

III. The Holy Spirit who has written knowledge on the minds and hearts of mankind and human beings will erase everything from their minds. Prov 22:20 Have not I written to thee excellent things in counsels and knowledge,

IV. After the rapture, the earth will be like in the GRAVE where there is no wisdom, nor knowledge, nor understating, because the Holy Spirit will be removed from the earth. Ecc 9:10 Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest.

V. After the rapture, humanity and men will be line unto captivity and confusion will fill the earth because the holder of knowledge will be removed from the earth. Isa 5:13 Therefore my people are gone into captivity, because they have no knowledge: and their honourable men are famished, and their multitude dried up with thirst.

The Holy Spirit made it clear why the planes will crash even having the pilots
inside, why humanity and mankind will not function normally even if big Diplomas, Harvard graduations and huge accomplishments. The Holy Spirit showed me the following:

1. There are many unbelievers, who have indeed patience, love, peace, joy and humility more than Christians, but this will be removed from them in the day of the Rapture and it will become dumb, silly, taunted and full of confusion. They will try to understand but understanding will be withdrawn from them.

2. Pilots who pilot big planes will immediately forget how to manage a plane in the D-Day of the Rapture. They will try to manage the plane but they will forget how they did that before and they will land in the sea, some crash on the roads, some enter into the mountains and some planes land into the volcanic mountains. All these will happen because the Holy Spirit wisdom and knowledge will be removed from the earth and from mankind. Many planes will crash not because the pilots are not there or they have been raptur d, but it is because the knowledge and wisdom have been removed from them and they lost their senses and their science.

3. Scientists who event technology, NASA and all big companies of technologies, their technicians will forget all the project master plans and all project management secrets because the one who gives knowledge and wisdom will be taken out of the earth.

4. Doctors will panic and run around because several patients will be missing in that day and they will run to get anti-biotic ONLY to choose Sulfur acid because their medical knowledge will be taken away from them by the removal of the Holy Spirit from the earth.

5. Teachers and professors will forget the teaching methodology because the best teacher will be taken out of the earth.

6. Politicians will lose their normal senses to show mercy and loving-kindness to their people. They will become very cruel and betrayal will abound.

The Holy Spirit made it clear that, after the rapture, only two groups of people
will have wisdom and understanding in different manners:

Group I: THE REMNENT

A) The Jewish people will gain understanding, wisdom and insight of the scriptures and perceive more of what they failed. They will wake up and get repentance and seek God. They will rise up to preach the gospel in mass revivals even with great tribulations and persecutions they will not stop.

B) Those who will not receive the Mark of the Beast will also be protected by the hand of the Almighty God and He will preserve them from that evil period of destruction.

Group II: THE ANTI-CHRIST AND HIS TEAM

a) The Anti-Christ and His team will have evil wisdom to minister wickedness to accomplish what is written in the word of God. He will be guided by Satan by the divine designs of Our Eternal God who controls and manages all things.

Brethren, please warn everyone that the careers, science, the diplomas which they trust will not work for them. ONLY THE ANTI-CHRIST AND ALL HIS TEAM WILL HAVE THE WICKED WISDOM TO DO EVIL MORE AND MORE.

The rest of mankind will be confused and totally dominated by the antichrist and evil man.

Be alert and wake up please. BE PREPARED AND BE READY SERIOUSLY.

Part 2 A - Symbols of Joseph /
Dual Tribes From Twins (6-29-2011)

Helena wrote in “The Language of God in History”, Chapter 8, pg 654: "The symbols of Joseph, whose son Ephraim inherited the lion's share of the blessings listed above (ref. Genesis 49:22-24 NKJ), are connected to both the USA and the UK. But the blessings given to each nation are as different as the symbols they both hold dear. From these symbols, it can be discerned that the glory of Joseph's heritage as a Prince of Egypt belongs to the constitutional monarchy of the United Kingdom via Manasseh, the older, firstborn son, but the blessings of prosperity given to Joseph belong to the United States via Ephraim, the younger son, who possesses the blessings of the firstborn."

Joseph was 30 years old when he was given a wife by Pharaoh. He worked 6 years gathering grain into the Egyptian storehouses. We read in Genesis three verses about the new births of Joseph's two sons.

With just 1 year left, his wife gave birth to 2 sons. I noticed how Joseph named both of his sons at the same time consecutively in verses 51 and 52.

Next, verse 53 below states that after the births of his sons, Joseph saw the 7th year draw to a close and the predicted famine cycle began in year 8.

Genesis 41:50-53 NASB:
Now before the year of famine came, 2 sons were born to Joseph, whom Asenath, the daughter of Potiphera priest of On, bore to him. [v51] Joseph named the firstborn Manasseh "For," he said, "God has made me forget all my trouble and all my father's household." [v52] He named the second Ephraim, "For," he said, "God has made me fruitful in the land of my affliction." [v53] When the 7 years of plenty which had been in the land of Egypt came to an end ....

This means that both sons were born in year 7. I can view these two sons of Joseph as most likely twins just as it was with Esau and Jacob.

There are the two types of twins. Identical twins are identical genetically and fraternal twins are not.

I would guess that these two generations of twins were fraternal and not genetically identical.

Part 2 B - Forgetting /
Manasseh Tribe Left Behind (6-29-2011)

Therefore, if Ephraim represents the true believers in the Body of Christ, and the first rapture takes them up into the air with the Holy Spirit soon to follow, then it stands to reason that only unbelievers will be left behind along with Manasseh.

It is this Manasseh who was named, 'God has made me forget all my trouble and all my father's household.' Therefore, the confusion of those left behind will be most deeply applied to Manasseh. This is the 7 year cycle of forgetting.

Part 3 - The Reversal of Joseph’s
and Israel’s History (7-1-2011):

Adding my own insights to Peter’s wisdom shared from reading my books, I would like to add that Jacob/Israel was a fraternal twin too, with his brother Esau being a hairy and burly hunter while Jacob was a more gentle shepherd and tender of sheep and goats. Likewise, as Peter so wisely caught on, Ephraim and Manasseh may have been fraternal twins, as they were born in the same year, which was the last year of plenty before the seven years of heavy famine that plagued the known ancient world.

In addition, Peter’s insights hint at the fact that what happened in Joseph’s day in Egypt will happen again soon - but as a mirror image in reverse. In Joseph’s day, there were 7 years of plenty followed by 7 years of famine, and his sons were born just before the years of plenty ended.

During the time of plenty, Joseph named his sons to reflect not only what happened to him in Egypt, but to indicate what would happen to his descendents, though he may not have known this at the time. The Gentile powers that are associated with the horns of Taurus the Bull are the Tribes descended from Joseph, and they truly had forgotten that they have Israelite roots even while still being blessed with more wealth, power and plenty than all the other nations combined. In addition, they became a blessing to all the other nations, just as Joseph blessed the nations with food during the most terrible famine of his age. Nonetheless, just as Joseph’s brothers hated him, the modern nations such as China and Russia that have been blessed by Joseph’s descendents hate them!

But the good news is that history is being reversed. Instead of Joseph forgetting, the symbols associated with the descendents of Joseph indicate that they indeed remembered who they were, at least for a time, and long enough for many Gentiles to come to a saving knowledge of Yahweh and His Son Yahshua. Furthermore, the seven years of want and forgetfulness in the Tribulation will be followed by a whole Millennium of Plenty for those who love Yahweh. Hallelu-Yah for that!

In fact, this pattern of a reversal in history is true of God’s entire Plan of Redemption, from the time of Adam until the end of time - as is shown in the Menorah illustration above that I created for my book “The Language of God in Prophecy.”

Keeping with this trend, the Tribulation period will see the end of Grace, and for seven years the world will be judged to the full extent of God’s Law. This seems to lend credence to the Jewish teaching that Adam and Eve sinned seven years after they were created. What this means is that, for seven years after God's creation of humanity, Adam and Eve were clothed with the Shekinah Glory of God and totally happy in Yahweh’s continual presence. At that time, there was God’s peace and no evil on the whole Earth. Therefore, there has to be seven years of Tribulation coming as a reversal of that perfection and peace into chaos and evil.

What will make the Tribulation so evil is that the Holy Spirit in believers will be taken away when they are Raptured, as well as the special outpouring of the Holy Spirit on the whole world that came after Yahshua sent His Spirit in power on the Apostles. The Rapture will mark a dispensational transit from Grace back to the full enforcement of God's Law. Thus, it will be like it was in the days of Moses and King David, when the Holy Spirit wasn’t available to everyone and only a few found deep communion with God.

The Tribulation is not part of the Age of Grace. It can't be because GOD WILL SHOW NO MERCY DURING THE GREAT TRIBULATION. It will be a terrible time of near total darkness, despair, destruction and death - with the exception of the preaching of the Two Witnesses and 144,000.

The Fear of Yahweh is Only the BEGINNING of Wisdom!

An Intimate Moment With God
Many Bible scholars have recently said that the Church in the West has lost much of its holiness because it has lost its fear of Yahweh. At first, my tendency is to agree with this assessment. But, as I thought about this more, I feel that this is an extreme over simplification of the problems underlying the Laodicean Church and also, at times, the Church of Philadelphia today.

This is because the fear of Yahweh is only the BEGINNING of Wisdom, and there is so much more to our relationship with God than that! Eventually, for example, as one draws near to God in study, worship, prayer and supplication, the reverential fear we often can experience should give way to ecstatic awe and wonder. This can only be found when we are beginning to enter into God’s presence. Then, from there, we can eventually develop a oneness with God that transcends all understanding, and we can often enter into that place of peace and connectedness with God without having to engage in worship or prayer first. It is at these times that the Holy Spirit most often will impart wisdom to me and help me to write it down like I am doing right now.

That's where I am at in my walk with God most often now, and that is truly where I am happiest. In fact, I strive to stay there in God’s perfect presence as often as possible so that the evil in this world doesn't depress me too much. It certainly can get me down in my more unguarded moments like yesterday, when the spirit of doubt and uncertainty got to me for awhile and I became fearful. But, thanks to my own and my friend’s prayers, I am again returning to my new normal, which is mostly dwelling in God’s presence.

But, though I’m sure that most believers would agree that it’s great to be in God’s presence continually, it has been very hard on my personal relationships because no one that’s close to me is that close to God. For this reason, they don’t want to listen to me discuss what I spend hours discovering in the Bible or the Star Gospel each day, and they can’t understand why I don’t want to watch most movies or TV shows or play many video games like they do all the time.

As a result, my relationships with the people that I love the most are strained much of the time. Sadly, none of them really understands why I want to stay in God’s presence all of the time because they really don’t know what it means to love God or have a relationship with Him, no matter how many times I try to tell them! Nonetheless, Yahweh God understands and loves my desire and love for Him and His Son and His Word, and He adores my desire to love others by sharing His Word and His Language with them. And to me, in the end, Yahweh’s approval is the only thing that really counts in this world!

All I usually have to do to go to that perfect place in the presence of God these days is start prayerfully pondering His word in the Bible and Star Gospel. In addition, I often find myself in that special place when attempting to answer people's questions about God and His Will while online, which is really what made me desire to write this article in the first place!

Entering God’s presence is an experience that I once only found after extended periods engaged in private prayer and worship. Often now, however, the Holy Spirit’s presence will cover me so deeply while I am simply contemplating the Word of God that I feel connected to God in ways few people understand or have experienced. In fact, my husband is really jealous of it, but only because he has never experienced this type of communion with God himself and so he thinks I’m totally crazy, and he also thinks my belief in the Rapture is even crazier.

So too, at times, my own daughter thinks that I don’t love her. But what she doesn’t seem to understand is that, as much as I do truly love her, I hate her love of the world that I can’t seem to get her to shake completely. That’s why I said that I feel like Lot living in Sodom the other day. It is so painful to be so much in love with two people who have no idea how to love me back or how to love God. It’s the most tragic thing that I have ever experienced, and though I pray for them all the time and try to talk to them and love them, it hasn’t seemed to have done much good.

As I am always seeking to discover how to build up God’s Kingdom and feed His sheep in more powerful ways, please let me know if you understand and have experienced what I am talking about in this article or not. In addition, if you have a heart for intercession, please pray that my loved ones will draw closer to God before it’s too late, for I know that the time is very short and Yahshua is coming soon.

Susan - Thank you so much Helena for sharing this....I do understand exactly what you are talking about, and I do know it is painful and also somewhat lonely...or better said I suppose, an "alone" lifestyle when you do not have your close family members understand or seemingly desire that type of intimate relationship with the Lord. There is a price to pay, and being misunderstood or thought to be totally crazy according to the world's definition of crazy seems to come with the territory :-) It is impossible to explain to people, they have to come into that spiritual place of intimacy for themselves. I know as a mother, grandmother... and a sister, aunt, best friend, and whatever other "role" in life I may walk in, it is my deepest longing that others, and especially my beloved family have this relationship which is beyond description, and more to be desired than anything this world has to offer. So, I continue in prayer...knowing that the Holy Spirit is the One who woos and draws and places the hunger in each of us..while I celebrate the incredible blessing and privilege of walking in intimacy with the Most High God, and desiring more of Him. We can be in His presence while doing our every day living. Because God has blessed us with family, we do need to cherish and nourish our relationships with them while walking with the Lord....We can't change them....only He can. But we can appreciate, love and enjoy them right at the place they are right now, loving and cherishing those family times....sometimes a good picnic with a lot of laughter and fun can be totally "spiritual" :-). Liberty - I do understand, Helena, deeply in fact. It is indeed a very, very lonely road and the further up the holy mountain, the sparser the company of others. Abba is so gracious and loving in allowing many to connect online, for if not for this ...outlet, I would feel as Noah must have (already do, ha! :) But Yahshua did say that he came not to bring peace, but a sword- that a man's enemies would be those of his own household. How it hurts to embrace this sword that weaves itself into a crown of thorns; Abba uses these very trials and heartaches to allow us to fellowship in the sufferings of His dear Son; making us more and more into the resemblance of Him after whom we are being patterned. I have found that since the time He called me into death, that I truly started sharing in the deeper things of His heart. And once I had a taste of that- nothing could compare. Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted. He has afflicted me with mourning and the fellowship of the sorrow that is on His heart for years, now, and the deeper I go, the more I understand that He only shares His heart with those whom He can trust to help 'carry' the burdens- those who will be in anguish over what He is in anguish over, and who will weep over what grieves Him. Well, this is my lot in life- but He has also given me glimpses of the glory and the joy that lay beyond, and therefore I can lay down this life knowing that, as Jesus, I despise the shame (in this case, the reproach of other's) and carry my cross, for the joy that is set before me. He has shown me that my seeds planted in tears will reap a harvest of joy! HallelYah!! Bless you~
