Did you know that there are strong hints in the Bible that there are secret societies today that are working to fulfill the Will of Yahweh God in this world, and so not all of them are evil? Indeed, the Bible supports the idea that some of these major players working behind the scenes aren’t all working for the enemy. This article presents the case that God also has His saints working behind the scenes in the world today in secret organizations that are meant to counteract Satan's schemes to thwart God's Will. I may be wrong, but it is an intriguing possibility that we should not discard until examining all of the facts, as I do in this article.
One of God's workers or servants that may still be working behind the scenes on the Earth today was alive when Yahshua walked the
Earth. This is the mysterious Beloved Disciple:
John 21:20-24 - “Then Peter, turning around,
saw the disciple whom Jesus loved following, who also had leaned on His breast
at the supper, and said, ‘Lord, who is the one who betrays You?’ 21 Peter,
seeing him, said to Jesus, ‘But Lord, what about this man?’ 22 Jesus said to
him, ‘If I will that he remain till I come, what is that to you? You follow Me.’ 23 Then this saying
went out among the brethren that this disciple would not die. Yet Jesus did not
say to him that he would not die, but, ‘If I will that he remain till I come,
what is that to you?’ 24 This is the disciple who testifies of these things,
and wrote these things; and we know that his testimony is true.”
In my Language of God Book Series, I explain
that this Scripture hints that the Beloved Disciple might still be on the Earth
today, waiting for Yahshua to return in all His Glory. My books also explain
why I believe that the Beloved Disciple was not the Apostle John, but Yahshua’s
disciple Lazarus, the brother of Mary of Bethany, a.k.a. Mary Magdalene. I have several reasons for believing this. The first hint is in the
Gospel of John, where we are told that Lazarus was raised from the dead, and that
Yahshua loved him deeply:
John 11:33-44 - “Therefore, when Jesus saw her
weeping, and the Jews who came with her weeping, He groaned in the spirit and
was troubled. 34 And He said, ‘Where have you laid him?’ They said to Him,
‘Lord, come and see.’ 35 Jesus wept. 36 Then the Jews said, ‘See how He loved
him!’ 37 And some of them said, ‘Could not this Man, who opened the eyes of the
blind, also have kept this man from dying?’ 38 Then Jesus, again groaning in
Himself, came to the tomb. It was a cave, and a stone lay against it. 39 Jesus
said, ‘Take away the stone.’ Martha, the sister of him who was dead, said to
Him, ‘Lord, by this time there is a stench, for he has been dead four
days.’ 40 Jesus said to her, ‘Did I not
say to you that if you would believe you would see the glory of God?’ 41 Then
they took away the stone from the place where the dead man was lying. And Jesus
lifted up His eyes and said, ‘Father, I thank You that You have heard Me. 42
And I know that You always hear Me, but because of the people who are standing
by I said this, that they may believe that You sent Me.’ 43 Now when He had
said these things, He cried with a loud voice, ‘Lazarus, come forth!’ 44 And he
who had died came out bound hand and foot with graveclothes, and his face was
wrapped with a cloth. Jesus said to them, ‘Loose him, and let him go.’”
Now, since Lazarus was raised from the dead
before Yahshua died and rose again, and Yahshua is the First-fruit of the
resurrection, we can come to no other conclusion but that Lazarus rose up to a
mortal life. However, this does not mean that Lazarus’ longevity as a mortal
wasn’t affected! In other words, though Lazarus was still mortal, his life
could have been supernaturally prolonged after his resurrection. If so, it
could be that Lazarus is being kept alive to serve a purpose in the End Times.
There are also hints in the Bible and Book of 2 Enoch that this was done for
two prophets named Enoch and Elijah:
Genesis 5:21-24 - “Enoch lived sixty-five
years, and begot Methuselah. 22 After he begot Methuselah, Enoch walked with
God three hundred years, and had sons and daughters. 23 So all the days of
Enoch were three hundred and sixty-five years. 24 And Enoch walked with God;
and he was not, for God took him.”
2 Enoch 67:1-2 - “When Enoch had talked to the
people, the Lord sent out darkness on to the earth, and there was darkness, and
it covered those men standing with Enoch, and they took Enoch up on to the
highest heaven, where the Lord is; and he received him and placed him before
his face, and the darkness went off from the earth, and light came again. 2 And
the people saw and understood not how Enoch had been taken...”
2 Kings 2:11-12 - “Then it happened, as they
continued on and talked, that suddenly a chariot of fire appeared with horses
of fire, and separated the two of them; and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into
heaven. 12 And Elisha saw it, and he cried out, ‘My father, my father, the
chariot of Israel
and its horsemen!’ So he saw him no more.”
These are the only two righteous men in
history that were translated into Heaven without seeing death. This fact
suggests that they may be coming back to serve as the Two Witnesses of the
Tribulation period, when they will finally die at the hands of the Antichrist,
but will also be resurrected:
Revelation 11:11-12 - “Now after the
three-and-a-half days the breath of life from God entered them, and they stood
on their feet, and great fear fell on those who saw them. 12 And they heard a
loud voice from heaven saying to them, ‘Come up here.’ And they ascended to
heaven in a cloud, and their enemies saw them.”
Besides the Beloved Disciple and the Two
Witnesses, there is a strong hint in the Bible that there is another group of
immortal saints working behind the scenes on the Earth today that may have
become very rich, and are very secretive. In fact, it is likely that they have
become so shrouded in legend and mystery that no one knows the truth about
them. In fact, they may have been labeled as evil or sinister out of ignorance.
The Gospel of Matthew alludes to these
immortal saints in a much ignored passage of the Bible. In it, we are told that
the tombs of many dead saints were opened shortly after Yahshua died on the
Cross. Then, after Yahshua’s Resurrection three days later, the saints whose
tombs had been opened were raised from the dead and appeared to many:
Matthew 27:51-53 - “Then, behold, the veil of
the temple was torn in two from top to bottom; and the earth quaked, and the
rocks were split, 52 and the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints
who had fallen asleep were raised; 53 and coming out of the graves after His
resurrection, they went into the holy city and appeared to many.”
How is it that no pastor ever addresses the
implications of this passage, or wonders what became of these resurrected
saints? The thing that nobody seems to notice is that, since these saints rose
from the dead AFTER Yahshua did, they were not raised to resume a mortal life
like Lazarus, but to everlasting life! This means that they could still be on
the Earth today, and may have been secretly behind many events in History that
have accomplished our Father God’s Will in every age.
Recently I’ve read articles at Five Doves and
elsewhere where people have speculated that Yahshua took these resurrected
saints to Heaven with Him when He presented Himself before the Father as the
Firstfruits of the Resurrection. But this doesn’t make any sense for several
reasons. The first reason is that Yahshua is called the First and the Last and
the Beginning and End several times in the Book of Revelation. This is partly
because Yahshua was always meant to be the first person raised to everlasting
life, and not as one of a multitude. That is why Matthew 28, verse 53 states
that these first resurrected saints were raised up AFTER Yahshua, not at the
same time as Him. This was said to indicate that they likely did NOT take part
in Yahshua’s presentation before the Father as the Firstfruits of the
Resurrection.
Believing that these saints accompanied
Yahshua to Heaven on the day of the Firstfruits Offering in the Temple contradicts
Scripture. Matthew says that these saints appeared to many in Jerusalem after they were raised up, but
never mentions their ascension to Heaven, which would have been highly
significant and should have been noted at least in passing if it had occurred.
On the contrary, the Bible says that Yahshua appeared to no one but Mary
Magdalene, and that He was alone before He ascended to Heaven in secret.
Furthermore, Yahshua did not return to Earth to appear to His Apostles and
disciples immediately, but did so on an unspecified day. In contrast, the
Gospel of Matthew suggests that the saints that were raised after Christ
appeared in Jerusalem
immediately after that, and without any delay.
Since these saints were raised after Yahshua,
they likely were presented to the Father after Yahshua - if they were presented
at all. In fact, 40 days later, Yahshua ascended to Heaven alone while His
apostles and disciples witnessed His Ascension to Heaven. This strongly
suggests that the now immortal saints that were raised shortly after Yahshua
could still be on the Earth today, waiting to be caught up to Heaven at a later
date. This later time could be after the Two Witnesses have died and are raised
up. At that time, the Two Witnesses will be caught up to Heaven in what I
believe will be a Second Rapture that will include those among the Foolish
Virgins that have repented, and been refined in the fire of the Great
Tribulation.
My point in writing this article was to raise
the question of what the Beloved Disciple, as well as the group of now immortal
saints that were raised after Yahshua, may have gone on to do for Yahshua after
their resurrections. Though is not a crime to assume that the saints that were
raised after Christ may have spent the past two millennia in Heaven with Him,
it is not necessarily true. After all, the Earth is to be our everlasting
habitation after the First Resurrection is complete at the end of the Great
Tribulation, when the martyrs in Christ who died during the Great Tribulation
will be raised to life, and will not ascend to Heaven. This is because Heaven
is not our natural home, but is only meant to be a temporary place of refuge
for us.
Though nobody in the Church seems to want to
speculate about it, there is also a very high possibility that some of the
Israelite saints that were part of the Firstfruits of the Resurrection may be
counted among the 144,000 Witnesses for Yahweh that will be chosen out of the
Twelve Tribes of Israel during the Tribulation period. If so, those saints will
be here during the Great Tribulation. So let me ask you: “Isn’t it possible
that these immortal saints might have chosen to stay behind on Earth to await
their service during the Tribulation? Furthermore, if they did stay behind,
isn’t it possible that they are part of a modern top secret and wealthy
organization on the Earth that is NOT evil, but is dedicated to making sure
that Yahweh God’s Will is faithfully carried out in these End Times?”
Please don’t misunderstand me. I have no doubt
that Yahweh God has allowed the Devil to plant many of his wicked followers in
high positions throughout the ages, including many Church and Government
leaders. This has been allowed so that all people, in every age, have had the
freedom to choose whose side they are on - whether for good or for evil - and
what policies and actions that they will present to the world to affect change.
However, Yahweh God is still ultimately in control of how much evil Satan can
unleash at any given time, and God is sure of the final outcome, which includes
the defeat of the Antichrist and his evil armies, and the setting up of a truly
righteous kingdom on Earth afterward, which will feature Yahshua our Messiah as
its everlasting King.
In reference to the coming Millennial Rule of
Christ, I find it an intriguing thought the maybe some of the secret societies
in the world today are NOT workers of iniquity, but followers of the Way of
Yahweh that are working to achieve God’s aims in these closing moments of the
End Times. In fact, they could become a
part of the 144,000, and they may even be people you know, but have no
clue as to what they are really doing for a living, and Who they actually work
for.
Let’s hope that there truly are godly people at work today in high positions that know and love Yahweh God. In my opinion, it certainly makes sense that our Father God would have His own mighty warrior saints working with his holy angels on His behalf in this fallen world, in every age. On that note, I could not close this section without sharing that I suspect that not all of the branches of Freemasonry being practiced today and not all Freemasons are Satanic or Illuminati-controlled.
Part of my feelings in this regard come from the godly meaning of certain symbols that can be associated with Freemasonry, like the All-Seeing Eye of God and 13-tiered Pyramid on the US Great Seal.
As
shown in Chapter 9 of my book “The Language of God in Prophecy”, these symbols are connected to the Ecuador Artifacts, which may be connected to Noah and Sacred Astronomy. In addition, it is a documented fact that some branches of the Freemasons keep the Christian Feasts dedicated to John the Baptist and the Apostle John, honoring these two great men of God with special ceremonies. I find this peculiarity very suggestive of the idea that Freemasonry as a whole may not have originally been an evil Occult organization, but that some of the branches within Freemasonry did not become perverted - just as George Washington intimated.
The Masonic commemoration of the Feast of John the Baptist on June 24th and August 29th, and the Feast of the Apostle John on December 27th suggests that there may be a link between Freemasonry and a still more secret organization headed by none other than the Beloved Disciple, who may have been Lazarus or the Apostle John, both of whom may have been resurrected during Yahshua’s First Advent, with the Apostle John and John the Baptist being resurrected to immortal life just after Yahshua rose up, while Lazarus may have been resurrected to a mortal but supernaturally protected and greatly elongated life.
If this is the case, there is a possibility that these men of God may be using some of the branches of Freemasonry to do God’s Will on Earth until Yahshua comes again. Although I could be wrong, it just makes sense that there are some secret organizations that are not working against God's Will, but actively doing His Will. These hidden servants of God behind the scenes may not be Freemasons if that entire organization has been infiltrated by Satan and taken over by him and his demons. I have no idea of knowing if this is the case or not. But if this is the sad case, there could still be other secret organizations - ones that no one can actually identify - that are doing God's Will today. It is my great hope that this is so, and I pray that they will be successful in all that they do for the Kingdom of God, if that is what they aim to do in keeping God's good and perfect Will.
